I had chronic dry eye for about a year. The drops my doctor recommended eased it but I had to use them multiple times per day. These, I only needed twice, once in the morning and before I went to bed. After using them for a few months, I no longer needed them daily. I still used them occasionally, though.
Now my eyes are getting bad again so I will definitely be using these!
They are a serum consistency, so really coat your eyes & stays with you to soothe the irritation. The only things I don’t like is the shape of the dropper; it’s kind of difficult to tell where the drops are coming out when you’re trying to put it in your eyes. Also, sometimes, towards the last of the bottle, the dropper gets clogged or gummed up because of the consistency & then the last of the drops are wasted. I’ll be honest, if there is a lot left, I sterilize a needle to get it opened up. I don’t like doing that, even though I sterilize, the needle because it’s just not sanitary, but this stuff costs too much to waste very much of it.
The quality of the eye drops is definitely worth the trouble & $. I highly recommend trying these for chronic dry eyes or just occasional use.

In the last two years I have had three surgeries on one eye and two on the other eye. After trying several brands and types of drops, these Systane drops have given me the most relief. I use them about three times per day and now keep a bottle in each part of the house I spend a lot of time in. I understand the reason for the flat top design that dispenses the drops, however, it seems to waste a lot of the fluid and with the high price tag this is a frustration. Again, the drops themselves are great.

This works excellent. One drop in the morning and that takes me all through the day, and I do another round in the evening.

The drops are very good and soothing to your eyes. The issue you that I have is that you waste one third of the product. I put one drop in each eye and there is a drop left at the tip of the bottle. So for every two drops that you use, you throw away one drop. The other Systane products don’t do that
