This shake mix is tasty, and mixes very easily in my almond milk for a high protein drink. It has 20 G protein, 2g sugar and 1.5 g total fat for only 110 calories per scoop. It’s great on its own, but most often I throw in some frozen fruit to make a smoothie. Either way, it’s delicious and filling. I’ve tried a lot of different protein shakes, and this is my favorite.

I used this in my smoothies, then thought I would try a powder that was more cost effective. I was so disappointed in the one’s that I tried, that I had to reorder this powder. I love the chocolate, it can make the smoothie thick like a frosty. I won’t ever buy any other powder even though it’s a bit more expensive.

I typically purchase plant based proteins and this was actually a mistake, but knowing it was Swiig brand, I kept it.
My preference is a plant based diet but to avoid the exchange, I opted to keep this for smoothies. No regrets! I still prefer Swiig plant based proteins but this was equally as good. Blindfolded, I would not know the difference. This is a solid product line that is scientifically calculated to offer the optimum health value and good taste. No grit, no clumps, no after taste that is hard to disguise. It’s all great stuff!

i love that there is no after taste, i get the chocolate and add it to my morning smoothie.
but it can get a bit foamy if you blend for too long, so i just add it in last and blend for a short time
