    Great price on this Chicken Sternum Cartilage!! Looks to be as good as any of them for a good value! Chicken Sternum Cartilage is a little hard to find, and is one of the best things to add to your supplement regimen to help heal injuries and bone!!

    Basically I bought these capsules after listening to an audio titled: Dead Doctors Don’t Lie, by Dr. Joel D. Wallach. In reagard to joint pain (knees) he related how someone figured that chicken cartilage from the ends of bones of chickens turned out to be effective to relieve joint pain.

    I looked it up in Amazon, all I found were the chicken sternum cartilage caps by Swanson. Close enough. Bought a bunch of jars of 120 capsules each.

    The punchline: These caps worked within hours. Not kidding. Didn’t have to wait for days/weeks for eventual relief. The ingredient list has only one ingredient listed: kollaGen II-xs Chicken Sternum Cartilage Collage Type II (contains chondroitin, hyaluric acid and glucosamine)

    Here’s the thing. I’ve tried caps of the three listed “contains” items, but never got relief. So I guess ground-up chicken cartilage is the magic way to get relief, not the separate ingredients.

    Sorry this took so long. I’m just very impressed.

    This collagen is just as good as the others (I usually by Now brand) but at a much better price.

    May 2023: I guess the secret’s out. The price has really increased. I buy multiples from the Swanson website now. The price there is much better with the discounts.
