    After years of suffering with acid reflux, this product stopped it in just three days! I have been “living” on Tums (five or six every night) for years. After just three days of this I haven’t needed Tums again. I am taking five capsules a day —one when I wake up, one with each meal, and then one more at bedtime. In the sense of full disclosure, I also take five chewable Licorice Extract tablets a day (DGL 400 mg each). I was taking the DGL for several months before I started the Pepsin & Okra, and while it helped a lot, by itself it did not solve my problem.

    I ordered this product in place of a much more expensive Okra Pepsin that I usually use. Thought it could my be that different. It was. Could almost immediately tell a difference. Less expensive, but not worth the money.
