While its unclear if the Glucosamine actually delivers any benefit, for those who believe, these are a godsend, as they’re normal smaller-than-M&M-sized round tablets, gulp gulp, no problem.
Say goodbye to those ginormous monster pills!

This is a high quality Swanson product. I find that it helps relieve my joint aches and keeps me able to move more freely. When I first started taking them it took a few weeks for me to feel the benefit but I’m so glad that I stuck with them. I like the small size and find them easy to swallow. The only down side is that I need to take six of them in the morning and six in the evening to get the proper dose. I consider that only a slight inconvenience as I don’t like to swallow large pills.

I was hoping I’d get pain relief from hearing about it but it didn’t help for me. I’ll continue taking it for a bit longer. If after 3 months there’s no pain relief I’ll stop

Ok, I don’t write reviews, but this warrants it. I have had 3 back fusion surgeries, and now suffer from extreme arthritis pain in my Lumbar spine area. (fused S1 to L2). I have tried everything- opiates, NSAIDs, Lyrica, etc. The biggest positive change has happened for me in the past 2 months that I have been taking these. I take the directed 6 tabs in the am and 6 in the PM, and one day a few weeks in, I was walking and stopped, amazed that the aching and burning in my back was considerably reduced. I’d say 60-80% less pain since I have taken this product. I am 61 and thought I would just be suffering for the rest of my life. Amazing.

I have been taking Glucosamine with MSM for years. They were always such big tablets and I was getting them down with great difficulty. I searched for small tablets and found these. Even though 6 tablets vs 2 for my dosage seems like a lot, they are so much easier to swallow. The 2 bottle pack is great, too. Don’t have to order so often. Highly recommend these if you are taking huge tablets!
