I HATE large pills. I would rather take a few small pills than one large one. Unfortunately most of the ubiquinol on the market seem to all be in gigantic capsules/soft gels. The studies indicate the ubiquinol pills using a gel suspension have higher efficacy than those made from powder, so of course that is the type most of us want to use. But why oh why do they have to be so big?!?!
This Swanson Ubiquinol 200mg softgel is the smallest I’ve found so far. They’re not tiny by any means – they’re still a bit bigger than your average capsule. However, they are skinnier than all the others and so for us they’re easier to swallow.
If you have trouble with larger capsules then give these a try – they’re the smallest we’ve found so far.

In my opinion, this is the best Ubiquinol product out there. I used to take CoQ10 but was advised that this product and dosage is far superior so I tried it and will not switch back.

You know, a person buys a supplement and believes what he/she is told about it, because there have been no news stories that that particular supplement or vitamin hasn’t killed anyone yet. So, in the consumer world of dietary supplements, you buy from a source that a lot of people trust, like you believe in God, because there is a lot of good P.R. out there about the supplements and God. It’s been said before, but why not repeat it here. Best to believe in God and supplements until contrary evidence is presented.
