I wouldn’t be without this. This is one of the supplements I use for my sulfite sensitivity. It helps me to have more energy, and to be able to handle more foods. It also gets rid of inflammation in my intestines and uterus.

The photo of the product label is very misleading. It shows 800 mcg of folic acid per serving (one capsule), but it’s actually only 400 mcg per serving. On the recommendation of his doctor my husband takes certain amounts of various B vitamins to manage his homocysteine level. We thought he could do away with the supplemental folic acid he was taking in addition to the homocysteine formula, but that turned out not to be the case. I should have read the written descriptions more carefully, but usually the label is the most accurate. Hopefully the photo will be updated soon.
Other than that, this formula seems fine. We had been buying a different brand, but the price kept increasing. This was a good price (although not quite as good as it seemed at first…) and Swanson seems to be a well-regarded brand–something that’s important with unregulated supplements.
