    I take flaxseed oil daily, and I especially like that these gel capsules have lignans which contribute to my hormonal balance.

    I specifically searched online for “Flaxseed small pills.” Of course, none of the offerings promised to be small pills. So, I tried to order the smallest dosage amount to hopefully obtain a smaller pill or capsule. There is no visual reference nor any verbiage on any offering that describes the size of the pill or capsule.
    Upon receiving the bottle, the only way to determine the size of the pill or capsule is to open the seal and look inside. Naturally, the pills I received are every bit a large as the type I would buy on a supermarket shelf. There are many of us customers that would prefer to take two smaller pills than one large one daily.
    This review has nothing to do with the efficacy of the product. I wouldn’t know about it as I cannot swallow the gigantic sized pill, due to a small esophagus.

    I have doctor’s orders to take this because of an autoimmune disease. For years I ordered another brand, then I was sent the wrong thing This turned out to be a blessing, because I found this brand which is less expensive. The capsules are slightly larger, but not enough to be an issue.

    For those who don’t tolerate fish oil or sand a vegan source of omega 3 fatty acids, flax seed oil is the way to go!
