    Good size, so easy to swallow, and they seem to be very high quality and are sourced from annatto, which is the best Tokotrinols source

    I’d say this is an easy to swallow, medium sized capsule. This brand was recommended by consumer labs for purity and potency claims. It goes down easily and doesn’t upset my stomach.

    My doctor recommended I take 300 mg twice daily tocotrienols for my liver issues. Looking around I discovered that dosage is VERY expensive so I tried these hoping for a less expensive effective option. I took 1 capsule 3 times daily. Unfortunately for me, these weren’t at a therapeutic dose as shown by my unchanged liver tests.

    While it’s hard to truly say what a vitamin does for you, I really like this form of Vitamin E. I feel confident in the quality and trust them.
