it looked like some of the arginine came out of the capsules there was dust all over the bottle and the capsules were big and looked as if they were hand filled kind of scarry

I was hoping this would give me more energy and stamina during my workouts based on the reviews from Amazon and other sites, but these have the opposite effect on me. Tried them for a few days and each time I take one within 30 minutes I start to feel very weak, lethargic and sleepy. I feel like I just took a sleeping pill. My workouts have been terrible since starting these.Guess they have different effects on different people….They are not for me.

I’D TAKE THIS ANYWAY, I HAVE CIRCULIATION PROBLEMS & IT HELPS GET THE BLOOD MOVING. AT LEAST IN MY MIND-BUT ITS NOT OUTRAGOUSLY PRICED. FAIRLY INEXPENSIVE-I’VE BEEN USING ARGININE FOR 3 OR 4 YRS. SEEMS TO HELP WITH MY FEET. ANYTHING ELSE WOULD BE ONLY A GUESS. I DO TAKE OTHERS FOR THE SAME PROBLEM, SO ITS A LITTLE HARD TO SAY WHICH IS DOING THE JOB & WHICH ISN’T. I USED TO CLOT IMMMEDIATELY WHEN I GOT A CUT. NOW I TEND TO BLEED MORE FREELY. WHICH I THINK FOR ME IS A BENIFIT. BLOOD WAS TO THICK-WASENT GETTING TO MY FEET EASILY ENOUGH. MADE EM COLD MOST OF THE TIME. BESIDES-ITS HEART ATTACK CITY! (THICK BLOOD)

I’ve searched hard for an arginine/ AKG supplement that does not contain creatine. Seems like the trend is to sneak creatine in everything nowadays but it only makes me fatter. This is a quality product and super bargain. I take two a day so it’s 1 1/2 months worth for this low price. Nice to find good values nowadays.

The picture represented the same product but when I received it the bottle was totally re-done. Same dosage…amount but made me question if this was a old product or a new packaged one….so hope Amazon will check back with Swanson and get this clarified….otherwise great price…and product..

This stuff is very effective in improving erectile functioning. Whether or not you have a problem, this stuff will cause you to get harder, faster. The trick is that it requires large doses and at least a few days in order to be significantly effective. I take four tablets twice a day, and get very good results.
