    It may be too soon to be seeing results. However, I will leave a review based on past results with the product.

    Typically, I lose weight and my thyroid function is improved while taking ALA. It’s good stuff.

    Seams to work? Haha, I feel great and probably gain benefit from it- love the Swanson brand too- nice to help out smaller biz that aren’t just part of multi natl corp.

    The written product description states 120 capsules along with (.09/count) but you actually receive a 60 capsule bottle for $10.20 which is (.17/count). I would not recommend purchasing this item. The 60 capsule bottle I received has a 120 capsule sticker on the back as can be seen in the included photos.

    May be just my body, but these gave me a spotty rash on my stomach after using it for a few weeks. Rash went away as soon as I stopped.
