I have had no problems while taking this supplement and it seems to work as intended. I think it’s a good value for what I received, and the capsules are standard sized and easy to take with water. The cap is not childproof.

I like that this supplement contains a standardized extract and combines both milk thistle seed and powder. It contains 80% of silymarin, the beneficial active in milk thistle, which indicates a high quality product.

Unlike most of these milk thistle/silymarin extract supplements, this one is both of high quality and, most importantly of all, the capsules are small and the dosage is only one per day. This is a relief, as I stopped taking the last batch, produced by a well known supplement store, as they were almost the biggest horse pills I have ever encountered.. Thank you.

I have been taking Milk Thistle (Silymarin) for my liver health for a while. The come in easy to swallow non-GMO capsules. They are an American company, which I like. My doctor has confirmed that my liver numbers in the blood tests have improved taking Milk Thistle, which is the important part. These are 250mg and the “double strength” capsules I was taking before were 300mg, so just check the label and dosage carefully to get what you want. So far definitely a recommend!

I am new to the Milk Thistle supplements, so I didn’t quite know what to expect. These days I’m all about the anti-oxidant supplements that could help protect cell damage and help protect the liver. I was a little bit wild in my youth so who knows what state my liver will be in the long run. Anything that shows some success in protecting the liver or possibly detoxification of the liver, I’m all in. The packaging is good, the capsules have no side effects on me that I’m aware of and it seems fresh. Only time will tell but it’s worth a shot. Great formula in this product is so easy to use. There’s no bad aftertaste and the pills are super easy to swallow. I have been taking these for a few weeks now and I am noticing some positive benefits. Please be advised to just be patient when taking supplements all things working their own time.
