Last winter when influenza was going around. . . I knew I was coming down with it when I literally could not get out of bed. Every inch of my body was aching, I had the chills and was zapped of all energy. After 1/2 a day of feeling like this, a friend recommended I try this supplement. (She took it when she ended up feeling like this with a 103 fever. Within 12 hours her symptoms were gone.) I took the supplement as directed for acute illness: 2 capsules three times daily. This is to be taken for no more than 4 -5 days at this dose. I ended up well again the next day with no respiratory illness what-so-ever. But I did take it a little bit slower for a few more days just to be careful. Everyone we knew in town that got the ’16-’17 flu was coughing terribly for 2- 3weeks. But not our family! I am ordering more today to get ready for this cold and flu season!
