L-lysine is a great supplement for your immune health but these pills are too gigantic to swallow! I tried it not once but twice. The first time I swallowed it whole. I was so terrified it got stuck in my throat I started to panic. It took me a while to get the courage up to try it again, but this time, I broke it up, and it was worse going down, getting stuck, again. I decided to just add it to my green tea or grind the pill until it was smooth powder. I gave it 4 stars as it is a great product. The pill is just too freakin’ big! I ordered the pill crusher so it would not be a waste.

Some supplements are really big or smelly or have a bad aftertaste, but this is none of that That it is odorless, easy to swallow, and I had no side effects from it.
