I have fibromyalgia and also severe arthritis in the low back and degenerative disc disease above my 1998 spinal fusion plus inflammation in the hips and arthritis in knees and a few other places. I ordered 3 bottles of the D-Flame several weeks ago from amazon and have been taking 3 a day- one after each meal. That along with the osteo-biflex I take has worked wonders! The D-flame even helps with my fibro pain. I have been telling others about it and am just thrilled with the results. Gonna stay on this combo as it beats pain meds!

I have all over pain due to fibromyalgia, lupus, etc.. Basically all over inflammation problems. This product really does help me with the inflammation and pain. I completely notice a difference when I don’t take it. It allows me to still go hiking and do the things I love to do. It’s a great combination product. I’ve tried other things that are in this combination separately and they just don’t seem to work as well for me. I love the NOW brand and have used it for years.

This stuff totally works for minor aches & pains on a daily basis. Its the only supplement I take that I actually know makes a difference. All the other crap (ie: glucosamine chondrotin), who knows! But this stuff really works as an anti-inflammatory and it is the only supplement that I tell people they really must try. Will take about 2 weeks to take effect, and it is subtle, but it works. If you lift weights, you will notice a reduction in soreness after a hard work out. Its not going to do anything for major pain, but certainly works miracles for the aches and pains that come with age. I swear by it — take it daily.
