We used to get this from Mexico for many years, or from Mexican stores near us, where available. Whenever we feel a cold coming on, or start hearing about others getting sick with some virus, we reach for Aderogyl to keep ourselves protected. The Aderogyl glass vials are brown and resemble tiny bowling pins. Each bottle is completely sealed and, to open one up, you need to hold the tiny bottle in one hand while flicking the top portion with your other hand’s finger, or else carefully break the top portion off by quickly and forcefully trying to bending the top. I prefer flicking the top with my right index finger while holding it with my left hand. My wife prefers to pour the liquid into a small glass of orange juice or apple juice, but I prefer to just down into my mouth and swallow. There is a slight yuck taste, but it is not bad at all, IMO. The Aderogyl liquid contains Vitamins C, A, D, E and Zinc, as well as some other beneficial ingredients to help boost your body’s immune system.

When it comes to supplements, I’m a big fan of them! I wanted to try this one out specifically because of the honey and propolis as well as it being something a little different than what I’m used to for supplements.
On the positive end of things, I felt like the product was fresh and well made.
I took it daily for five days and didn’t notice much of a difference if I’m being honest. I run daily and figured I may see some benefit from taking this, and unfortunately there wasn’t much of a difference. Unfortunately when it comes to supplements, you sometimes need multiple weeks of taking it to really know, so I don’t know that I’d count this as a negative, but something to point out. Key here is that your mileage may vary, and depending on your health and body needs this may be exactly what you need.
For negatives, I think my biggest issue is that this isn’t cheap and I didn’t see much of an impact from taking it. I was also a little iffy on the ampules, sure they do work well for preventing contamination and for storage, but I also felt like they were a little extra work to deal with too.
Overall, I don’t think I’d recommend this to most, but as mentioned, everyone’s needs are different and for sure some would greatly benefit from it. I just think for me it’s a little pricey and I didn’t see much benefit personally.
