I ordered the Nexgen Blends High Absorption ADK Vitamin Supplement for myself, as I am having some medical issues that I am told will benefit from Vitamin A and K supplementation, but only if they are in a combined form with Vitamin D. This supplement contains Vitamin A, (as Beta-Carotene and Retinyl Palmitate), Vitamin D3, (as Vegan Cholecalciferol), Vitamin K1, (Phytonadione), and MenaQ7® Menaquinone-7 (MK7) (Vitamin K2), which is touted to work synergistically together to provided heart, bone, and immune support.
As I have never heard of MenaQ7® before, so I looked it up. Per an Internet search, “MenaQ7® is a patented nutritional supplement that contains a potent form of Vitamin K2 that is considered to be a more bioavailable and longer-lasting form of Vitamin K2. Vitamin K2, the active ingredient in MenaQ7®, was first discovered in 1929 by Danish scientist Henrik Dam. This vitamin purported to play a crucial role in supporting multiple systems within the body.”

Vitamin D3, K2, A, MK7 supplement. This product claims to be high absorption vegan vitamin and claims to support calcium regulation, bone, heart, thyroid and immune support and others. It claims to be non-GMO and Gluten free. The product information indicates that it contains no binders or fillers. The bottle came with 90 capsules and recommends taking one per day giving you a 90 day supply, making this a decent value for the cost. I found these capsules easy to take and swallow, leaving no aftertaste or after effects.

I ordered these as I’ve taken D3 and K2 for a while and wanted to combine them with a few additional supplements this product contains. It arrived well packaged in a timely manner. There was no funny aftertaste. However, I usually get a bit of an energy boost from D and K2, which did not occur with these capsules. I’m not able to properly test the ingredients, but am a little skeptical of their accuracy, and will likely buy them from a more reputable brand next time.

Normally if you take a lot of vitamins and supplements, your pee can be kind of neon? Just me? HA, when i am taking these much more must absorb because i do not have that. Hope this makes sense to more than just me, i will be ordering again!
