So I got these hoping they might help with sleep quality, since they contain magnesium and other ingredients that are supposed to help with relaxation. The taste is actually really nice – they nailed the mixed berry flavor without being too sweet.
Quality seems good, and I like that they include multiple types of magnesium along with vitamin D3 and zinc. The fact that they’re vegan is a nice bonus too if that matters to you.
Here’s the thing though – I really haven’t noticed any difference in how I sleep or feel. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I was hoping for at least some small improvement. To be fair, this is pretty common with vitamins and supplements – it’s hard to tell if they’re actually doing anything unless you’re seriously deficient in something.
The price isn’t bad for what you get, and they’re pleasant to take. Just don’t expect any dramatic changes. If you’re looking to supplement your diet with these nutrients, these are a good option. But if you’re specifically looking for something to help you sleep better, you might want to look at other solutions.

I’ve been taking these for a week now and have noticed:
– Increased sleep quality. When I do wake up in the night, I’m able to fall back asleep fairly quickly.
– Decreased leg cramps. I haven’t had a single night leg cramp since taking these. I did have one during the day, after forgetting to take these the night prior, but it’s still an overall reduction in the cramps I typically experience.
– The gummies are tasty, but a bit larger than others I’ve tried. This doesn’t bother me, personally.
– 1 week in, I’m not noticing any differences in memory, attention, or mood, but if y’all find this review helpful, I’ll be happy to post another update at the month mark!

These gummies taste great and are a good way to get daily magnesium. I like that I only have to take one for serving size as well.

What I liked most is that this product has 10 different forms of magnesium – the odds are good that one or more of those forms will be helpful, since many studies indicate we don’t get enough magnesium. I did not realize there are so many different forms of magnesium. I like that there are 90 gummies, but the dosage is one per day. The per-gummy cost is very reasonable. did I mention they taste good? I am tempted to treat them more like candy and have to remember there is a warning to just take one per day.
I like the formulation and incorporated it into my nighttime routine and it does help me sleep better without a significant ‘hangover’ in the morning, as some other formulations do. You can read the formulation – all common ingredients for relaxation, feeling better and better sleep. I have been trying different formulations for many years and this one is right at the top for reasonable cost, good taste and effectivenss for me.
I did not find any down sides to this product. It is well manufactured, tastes good and covers the bases. The label says it is for women, not mentioning men, but as a man, I can say they help men just as much. I could not find anything that was gender specific, except in marketing. I am retired and do not know how one measures cortisol, except that stress is unhealthy and promotes weight gain and I really do want to maintain my weight and be healthy. I am assuming that one also follows the standard advice of staying hydrated, eating healthy and getting enouogh exercise, all of which make this product more effective, in my experience.
