Customer Review –
I like the potential benefits of this supplement for hormonal health and fertility.
It contains d-chiro inositol, which plays a role in glycogen synthesis and storage. However, there’s another ingredient listed simply as “inositol.” I assume this is myo-inositol, which supports transporter activation and the body’s glucose utilization. Unfortunately, the label doesn’t specify if “inositol” refers to myo-inositol.
In addition to d-chiro inositol and “inositol,” this supplement includes Chasteberry, also known as vitex, which enhances progesterone production and helps regulate menstruation.
The supplement contains essential vitamins, including Vitamin D, B, Magnesium, Zinc, Selenium, and Iron. However, this isn’t a prenatal vitamin and lacks essentials like folic acid.
The capsules are easy to swallow and have a neutral taste. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day, which is manageable.
With supplements, it often takes several months before you can definitively assess their effects. So far, I haven’t experienced any adverse effects from taking this supplement. Some supplements can make me nauseous, but I haven’t encountered this issue with this supplement.
Overall, I think this supplement holds promise for hormonal and fertility health, though more clarity on the “inositol” ingredient would be appreciated.

When it comes to fertility aids it can be difficult to find 3rd party tested ones. This has that assurance. It has promising ingredients. The myo and d chiro inositol helps to regulate menstruation. Beware that this also contains vitamins and you’ll need to be diligent to make sure you are not overdosing if you are taking other supplements with this. Overall promising.

I have only been taking this for a week, so I can’t report any long-term outcomes, but short term I have not had any reactions to it. I’ll review after prolonged use to see if I observe any difference. I think it is hard to know if this is “working” so I would in general look for peer-reviewed studies with control groups when you are trying to assess if something can be helpful for your complaint or condition.

I … tried so hard to finish the bottle but I threw it away about 1/3 to 1/2 way through.
It just smells so nasty. I had to hold my breath while I swallowed two pills a day, and found myself looking for excuses to “forget” it.
No idea if it works or not, as I have irregular cycles to begin with… but would not recommend, it was hard to stomach. Every time I smelled it I felt like throwing up, and that’s not an exaggeration… and I’m normally NOT that sensitive to smells or that whiny about smells either. I remember joking with my partner that they added ground up placenta or something – it really smelled like something died (like a rotten egg!) or something.

Currently taking these, so far I’m very optimistic. I’ll definitely finish the bottle. I don’t have any bad side effects yet so I’m happy about that. So far so good.

Haven’t noticed a difference with these and I’ve been taking them over a week but I will come back for an update if I see a change.

This is the most horrible tasting and smelling stuff EVER! I don’t recommend!

What’s causing the fermented milk smell?
I have taken these twice and got sick, I’ve been using myo d Inostol for over 2 years and this is the first brand I’ve bought that smelled so badly.
You can taste how it smells fyi.
