My goal with purchasing this product was to reduce my bloat and gas. I’ve now used this daily for about two weeks, and thought I’d come back and share my experience as I am about to change my single order into a subscription.
First, the capsules are not small, but they are made well so they don’t stick when you try to swallow them. Just grab a glass of water, and go for it. I actually take a few other pills at the same time, as these are easy to work with.
The first few days, I didn’t notice any difference. But within about a week, I noticed a marked reduction in gas. I’ve taken standard medicines from the drug store and never really had luck with them, but this has really helped. Yesterday, I noticed an impressive reduction in bloat. For the last few days, I have started testing whether I can get even more benefit if I take two capsules in the morning and one in the early evening.
Overall, I am very happy with the outcome and would recommend trying these if you are fed up with your belly just never feeling quite right.

Weird situation. I used this product for about 2 weeks before having to throw it out. I’m not placing any blame, but after the first couple days of taking this, I started feeling a weird burning sensation in my chest. I thought it was just heartburn. I kept taking it, then I had to go to the ER for abdominal pain and I was unable to keep any food or liquids down. Turns out I have a stomach bleed and I have no idea yet what caused it. Again, not placing the blame, but taking this definitely did not help the problem.
It also tastes like dirt to me. Yes, I’ve tasted dirt before. I was a child once.
If the product is able to do what the labels say, then I think the price is good for the amount you’re given.
Capsules were kind of big, but I didn’t have any issues with that.

Okay, I’m a skeptic about many things and this was one of them. I’m not convinced “leaky gut” exists BUT many of the symptoms I’ve been having are associated with “leaky gut” so I thought I’d give this product a try. Hopefully this isn’t a TMI (too much info) situation. I’m old and for my entire life I’ve never had any real definable digestive problems except for occasional unexplained diarrhea and irregularity. Sometimes three times a day sometimes not for three days. As I’ve aged it’s gotten worse an worse to the point that it was concerning me. I kept hearing about IBS. I’ve tried many “probiotics” including one recommended by my primary Physician. They all sort of helped but only in a minor way. So I tried this product.
WOW, never in my in my life have I been so regular and in a very normal way. Now every morning I wake up and do my business, no more diarrhea, bloating etc. This has never been the case with me in my entire life. This product is simply amazing. Since the day I started using this product my digestion is like clockwork. I wish I could give this product 10 stars.

I’ve been taking this for about six weeks and it’s been very helpful with my good symptoms. But I’ve been wondering if it’s keeping me awake at night. I have a hard time sleeping after three hours. Could this be an allergic reaction. I hate to stop taking it because it’s been very effective but I’m concerned. The only way to find out is to stop taking it for a while

I used this supplement to help heal my gut after having a stomach ulcer and being on PPI’s for years. I have taken these daily for the last two months and have now been able to stop taking my medication completely for the first time ever. My gut is finally healing for the first time in years. I love that all of these ingredients are natural with no added fillers. I spread them out and take one with each meal instead off all three at once. Very minor grassy smell but there is no residual taste after swallowing. I am very please with this purchase and company and plan to refer this product to others with gut or digestive issues or to rebuild your microbiome after antibiotic use.
