Vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores alike… This is the omega 3 supplement for everyone! First of all, the product itself, as obviously that comes first. They are soft gel tablets that taste like peppermint due to the peppermint oil they add! This is a plus because it tastes great and it makes it easy to remember to take after brushing teeth.
I’ve been taking it diligently for a few weeks now, and I’ve definitely noticed that I’m thinking a lot clearer and sharper, and my mental state is most definitely improved. I would also like to add that I think it’s really amazing, ethical, and fitting, that they plant a tree for each purchase! Also, my bottle came with a promotion for a completely free bottle!! It came very quickly, they didn’t even make me pay shipping. They said that they’re doing that as a promotion just to simply appreciate their customers. 8 really really love these vitamins, and I’m super impressed with the company so far. I know there’s a lot of omega-3 options out there, but this is the one that I would highly recommend. Thank you Sapling! The capsules are very easy to swallow. The flavor is also good in that the rosemary oil and peppermint oil made the capsules smell pleasant and not fishy. I don’t have to worry too much on needing to refrigerate the bottle. However, I am a little disappointed in the relatively low dose of omega-3 EPA and DHA in which I would have to increase the daily dosage as recommended by my physician, which will lead me to running out of it pretty quickly. I do like the fact that every bottle purchased will help plant a tree.

This is my second order of these and they’re easy to swallow, doesn’t upset my stomach. I also appreciate that the ingredients are safe. I’m not sure how effective they are just yet, but I will come back to report.

I bought the vegan Omega-3 vitamins and after about two weeks of trying them, I have to say that I am enjoying them so far. The price is good for the quality of vitamins as well as the customer service! I went on their website To plant a tree because they said when you buy one of their products they plant a tree, however, the form was missing to fill out to get a tree planted. So I sent them an email and they responded immediately with such kindness! As well, as asked if I had any further questions or concerns! I have tried so many other vegan omega-3 vitamins but this one I think is one that I will be set on!
