I purchased just to add to my supplements. I was pleasantly surprised that it worked on me so quickly. All I remember was taking my drops before bed not knowing that it helps with your sleep. I woke up energized and was non stop moving thru my day. I came across a TikTok that was talking about magnesium helping with sleep & it was this same brand! So you remember the sleep you had pre kids?! Ya, that’s the kind I’m getting now, and I LOVE it. 30 minutes after I drink this mixed with a glass of water, my eyes start to feel heavy and I feel so calm and ready for bed. The best part about it is I don’t feel all gross in the morning and feel like I’ve finally gotten rest! The flavor isn’t bad either. Only down fall is the dropper doesn’t suction to the top. Also don’t forget to refrigerate after first use. Love this product and have referred it to my besties and church gals too.

Great amazing product I had started to take in the morning sure to some video but I would get sleepy so I switched to after I get home from work and I will tell you this stuff is amazing my only issue is with the dropper because it doesn’t go automatically to 1ml but if you can get over that I just two two droppers of the .75 and one .50 and you are good to go to dream town.

First off, the taste is surprisingly good, which is a huge bonus. But the best part is how it makes me feel. I have never been able to sleep so good . This supplement is magical and i sleep in 30 min i wish j would have never got acne because of this. Tried removing it from diet and added back again still got acne again. Its mostly b6 and b12 . Please make it with vitamin b

I’m on my second bottle and both droppers hardly reach half way. It gets frustrating at times. Everything else is great. The strawberry taste is great too. Highly recommend.
