This is a good product at a good price. However the dose is too high for me.
I will try opening the capsule and halving the dose for a month before my next blood test and see if that works to keep my DHEA in range. Being a hormone, it’s important to keep track of blood levels, and not let them get too high, which could be indicated by oily hair and facial breakouts. But it’s also important to have the levels high enough to balance the high levels of cortisol many of us are subjected to these days.

I’m not 100% convinced that it is the DHEA but something is different since I’ve been taking these. For the first time in several months, I almost finished with a stiffness I haven’t had in a long while twice in the last week. Also, my arousal is almost like it was when I was taking testosterone shots. I will continue use and add on to this review in a few weeks.

This is the single product I have bought in my life that has surprised me and changed my life. I don’t know how dhea works but a long time ago I was in a health store muscle testing when I was 19 and I kept getting that I need dhea. I think I bought some but the strength was so low I never noticed a difference. I am 2 weeks in on taking this brands dhea and my mood is so much better and I HAVE LOST 6 pounds. I am not joking I just weighed myself and I am down to 148 lbs from 154. I take 2 to 3 capsules a day, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. I work in pest control in customer service and I am happy alll day, if I’m feeling a little hungover ( happened once due to the comedy club night ) I took the dhea and it didn’t get rid of the headache but the irritability and body aches went away. I don’t know how it accomplishes all of it but I have hypothyroidism hashimotos disease, I’m 31 , 55 and a 1/2. Now 148 lbs. and I feel AMAZING . My thyroid levels through my blood test are almost back to normal. This product was a lifesaver. I’m allergic to coffee so this is the perfect mood lifter and energy giver in the morning. The perfect weight loss product and the perfect hormone balancer.

So far so good. I started taking this supplement from the day i got it. It has been 6 days and i can tell its beginning to work. I have noticed a positive change in my sexual feelings. It’s a work in progress. I will update later on.

After hitting 50 years old my dhea levels were “normal” for my age but on the very low end of normal. My functional medicine doctor suggested supplementing dhea. I tried several brands, including the brand the doctor suggested, without significant results. I found Toniiq and gave it a try given that it promotes its product as highly purified and bioavailable. After about 30 days I was almost shocked at the difference I was experiencing. Increased energy, improved mood, increased libido, and more physical stamina. I only wish they made this in a 50mg dose. 25mg is not enough and 100mg is too much. Until then, two capsules every morning is doing the trick.

I’m 57 years old and have found myself less energy than I need to have. I take one of these per day along with Magnesium, L-Arginine and L-Carnitine and it seems to be doing the trick. I don’t have any problem getting motivated and staying that way throughout the day. I seem to be thinking more clearly and accomplishing more without fatigue. I would recommend anyone who is not motivated, has trouble getting started doing things, or focusing, to try these. But, I am not a doctor 🙂
