Not sure of the effects this is having on my skin, if any, but it is a solid supplement for C and E vitamins. Price is right. Ingredients seem good quality. Love having something I can take once a day and receive so many health benefits it one single supplement. Easy to swallow and no aftertaste. Good value.

I was excited to give this a try because the brand is well-known and I love anything that is collagen-boosting. The supplement is easy to swallow and I didn’t note any aftertaste. I didn’t notice any stomach upset while taking it but I did take it with a meal as directed. That being said, it did have me running to the bathroom for the first few days, which I wasn’t expecting at all. I haven’t noticed any benefits but I am interested to see the results with continued use.

I’m still trying to figure out what makes this particular formula so pricey. I like the convenience of this particular blend of ingredients found in just one formula, and the fact that no sweeteners, colors or flavors have been added. And, what is added is also a perk–flaxseed and grape seed oils. Even so, the cost for convenience might not be worth it.

Additionally, I’ve been consistently taking supplements for skin, hair, and nail health from various companies over the past few years, and they’ve been quite effective for me. This product caught my attention because it includes grapeseed extract, which I’ve been taking separately for its antioxidant benefits.
Since I’ve never tried this brand before, I didn’t hesitate to request it despite hearing a lot about it. I don’t expect to see any drastic improvements because I’ve already been using other supplements for the same purpose for a long time. However, I do appreciate that this product combines multiple ingredients, allowing me to replace three separate supplements with just one.
