The first time we purchased focus was from a whole foods store. We noticed improvement in our 13 year old son after the first three days. Two weeks later much better mood, more focus and more energy. He took one in the morning and one at 2:00 PM. Grades went up and phone calls from the school ceased. If you miss a dose you will know it my son said, you have to take it everyday. When we ran out we had a couple of rough days which bummed him out. He would like something that has long terms affects but for now this is working. We paid quite a bit more in the whole foods store so we were glad to see the price drop on amazon. I gave it four stars because its not something that corrects anything long term. Reading the other reviews I feel that people need to remember that just because it doesn’t work for one person doesn’t mean its a bad product or that all the good reviews are fake.

I read the reviews before purchasing this product and most of the reviews received 5 stars! I have to agree. My 9 year old son is in 3rd grade and was getting Ds and Fs on all his tests and homework. Trying to get him to concentrate on homework was a battle. We suspect he’s ADHD – very active and no concentration. His father and I didn’t want to put him on any medications because of all the side effects. I researched quite a few of the non-medical products out there – and per the reviews, this one seemed to get the most results and the highest ratings.
After about 2 weeks on Focus, his grades started to improve and he’s getting his homework done without being prompted (too much). He’s now getting mostly As – his teacher has commented as well that he seems to be doing much better. Staying focused. HE even remembers to take his pills without being prompted. The tablets are a chewable – which makes it easy to take. He takes one after breakfast and one after dinner. He hasn’t complained about the taste either. (which he has done on some multi-vitamin chewables in the past)
I highly recommend this product for anyone who is having a tough time with a child who’s ADHD who doesn’t want to go the typical prescription route. We are very happy – we just ordered our 2nd bottle!

My 10 year old son had lots of math trouble. He would miss problems on his test like 8-1. When i would quiz him i would think he would understand, then he would fail his tests on some of the easiest problems. I thought about having him tested for ADD. I tried this stuff, and wow. He is so much more alert with his home work, and his answers when i quiz him. He has been taking this for about three weeks and we see a transformation in him. I don’t know if it is these pills or not, but he has been making A’s on his tests and his confidence his gone thru the roof. Like i said i don’t know if its this stuff or not, but that’s the only thing that we have changed with him a we see a serious change for the better. I plan on ordering two more bottles and continue him on it every morning.I think this stuff is working, so instead of me buying Flintstones vitamins id rather get these.

I started my 7 year old daughter on this product two weeks before her first day of 2nd grade. She’s never been a “hyper” child but she definitely struggleswith lack if focus and concentration. After just a few days of being on this product (twice daily- morning and afternoon) I noticed subtle changes. She would voluntarily pick up a book and quietly read to herself; She began sitting through dinner without constantly fidgeting in her seat or making excuses to get up. Overall she is just calmer and not as easily frustrated.
Last year her teacher and I talked about to her possibly having her tested for ADHD. I am not anti-medication but I wanted to exhaust all her alternatives before going that route. I should mention that In addition to the Focus, I also started her on high quality fish oil.
I am anxious to see if this year will be different but so far we are loving this product. Added bonus- she LOVES the taste and always reminds me when it’s time for her vitamin!

Están bien las vitaminas pero al momento de dárselas a mi niña de 4 años, porque dicen que son masticables están super duras y ni uno como adultos la puede masticar. Por eso le pongo un 3 porque hay que romperlas y disolverlas en agua.

I don’t see a difference with these pills. I have both of my boys taking them. I homeschool them and they both have trouble focusing. These pills made no difference in their ability to focus. We’ve been using them for 3 weeks hoping that maybe they would just take some time to work, nada.
One of my boys is diagnosed ADD, I’ve tried every natural supplement, tincture, and even food restrictions. I’ve had no luck whatsoever with anything. I refuse to medicate him with prescribed synthetic ‘ADD meds’ while he is growing and developing (completely personal decision) so I’m still hunting for something natural.
What I do know is I survived school and growing up with ADHD. Yes, my grades suffered and I hated school but I managed. I also got into college despite lack of a stellar GPA so I know he will be just fine. I will continue to look for supplements that may help him and his brother focus more.
As far as taste, they enjoyed the taste of these pills. They said they leave a “cool” feeling in their throats. No idea what is in them that causes that, but something does.
We will finish the bottle because there is nothing harmful in them, but I will not purchase them again.
