I love what Blueprint has done with this softgel. Seven nutrients with the amounts shown to be effective in the clinical trials. Addressing cardiovascular health, bone strength, eye health, and skin protection, plus antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. They are the only company out there right now who have used scientific evidence to build a product and make it easy to consume.

I was not able to find any information on which company (or county) they source the ingredients for this supplement from.
Miscellaneous Comments:
◦ The blueprint website has lots of great information on each individual supplement, including breakdowns of each ingredient in the supplement. It also claims to follow clinical studies, but unfortunately does not list which studies. The dosages do seem to line up with most of the studies I found when doing some general research on the active ingredients. Only reason this gets knocked down a star is due to lack of ingredient sourcing information, and not providing links to the studies of which they claim to be basing the supplement on.
◦ Although this is a relatively short list of ingredients, and is by no means a multi-vitamin (nor does it claim to be), the actual formulation and dosages are excellent. If you’re looking for a solid eye and/or Vitamin K supplement, I think this is an excellent choice.

This 30 pill bottle of supplements contains amazing ingredients that promote eye health, but when you check out the ingredients, you’ll realize that these supplements offer a lot more than just macular health!
This supplement includes Lutein and Zeaxanthin – which both support retinal and arterial health. If you’re anything like me, and getting up there, you’ll notice a slow but noticeable macular degeneration – so for that alone, I jumped at the chance to try these. There’s that, but there’s also lycopene, which gives some vegetables and fruits like tomatoes and watermelon their red color) and is a powerful antioxidant as well as being shown to lower risk of acquiring certain types of cancer. There’s also Vitamins K2 MK4 & MK7, which contribute to neurological as well as cognitive function (which are supporting factors for macular health). And then there’s Vitamin K1, which is included in abundance and is primarily useful to aid in blood clotting.
There’s more in here, but you get the picture! Buying all of these supplements separately will have you dipping into the kids’ college fund, so getting them in this one, small pill is a bargain! As with any supplement, it pays to do your homework about the ingredients. There’s often more than advertised and you want to make sure you’re not ingesting something that will harm you. I would also suggest running these by your primary care practitioner or family doctor to make sure these don’t interfere with any prescriptions you may be taking!
As is the case with this type of thing, it’s hard to tell if it’s “working” or not, but the list of ingredients is a good enough reason to try it!

These softgels are great quality and weigh about .8g each. One of the softest soft gels I’ve taken and very easy to swallow. No taste. Very excited to be trying these, if you’ve followed any of the founders interviews you know that the research into these is top notch!

There’s no question this is a very interesting array of health ingredients. It may be quite an original combination, but since we take many other health supplements, we’ve noticed that there is a considerable amount of overlap. It is also a very expensive supplement with only 30 servings. It appears to be an excellent supplement for those who want to make the investment.
