I like this product although I think it is a little pricey. The packaging is unique. It comes in a canister, not a bottle. I’m not sure if that is the best container if you plan to keep them for a while. The top just slides right off though. So if you have trouble opening containers this will be very easy for you. Several years ago I was having trouble with dryness in my skin and throughout my body. My doctor told me that I needed more oils in me to alleviate this. She recommended the omegas and the evening primrose. This contains both. I know these are good for dry eye as well. I notice someone commented about the size of these. However, if you’ve taken omegas in the past you know they are usually huge. I was pleasantly surprised that these weren’t as big as others. I have a terrible time swallowing the larger ones to I was glad to see these weren’t quite as large. The one concern I have about these is the tilapia and the omega 6. I have heard mixed opinions lately about taking those. I’m concerned that it might actually lead to more inflammation and not less, which is the ultimate goal. Overall, I like the combination and think it is healthy for my skin, and necessary. I don’t know how to determine the quality of the oils and the source. My understanding is that they can vary greatly but I expect a lot at this price point. So far it is doing a good job but I want to see lasting results to justify the higher price as compared to other well sourced brands.

This skin supplement comes in a package of 60 gel capsules. Directions indicate that one should use two capsules once a day after meal. capsules are really easy to swallow and have no taste. This one package can last a month if used daily. Packaging is really nice. I keep it at work and I have it in the morning after my coffee and morning snack. Omegas are great antioxidant. Once has to use supplements like these on a regular basis to see improvement on the skin. But I love everything that enhances appearance of the skin and reduced free radicals in the body so I am using these capsules. Jane Iredale is well know skin care line, so I believe that all ingredients are first class quality.

To be fair, I received a free sample of this product as a reviewer, so I had no idea what it was priced at until I sat down to write this review. After reviewing the ingredients I am mystified as to what could possibly justify this product’s $47 price tag. Yes, it has a decent dosage of Omega 3’s in it, but the source (mainly anchovies) is not an especially good or expensive one.
I also find the “before and after” photos shown here to be highly questionable in that they are quite obviously staged with different lighting to make the results seem more impressive than they would normally look. It seems like this brand spends more on packaging and promotion than it does on the actual ingredients. You can get much higher quality fish oil supplements for a fraction of the price and without the over-hyped health claims. Omega 3’s are good for you, but it has never been scientifically shown to do any kind of wonders for your skin. I certainly have not noticed any type of dramatic difference since I started using it.
If you are looking for a good source of Omega 3’s I would recommend looking for a fish oil supplement derived from cold water salmon instead. There are plenty of high-quality fish oil supplements sold on Amazon for far less. Just because something is more expensive and comes in a fancy container doesn’t mean that it works any better.

This is how my omegas arrived. Please check to make sure you can at least hear the capsules while shaking the product . I had to pry the lid because the capsules had turned into hard rubber like goop. Refund pls. I was so excited to start taking my fave omegas. I’ve been suffering from dryness I’m noticing on my skin as well as small rash. The only time I get these symptoms is when my chronic anxiety has gotten so bad that my skin will itch . These omegas are a life saver . They help with so much more than my skin . Highly recommend. Just not like this
Please refund asap. If could rate a 0 I would. Obviously that’s not an option .

I am an RN and we sell these in our clinic. The are the best quality on the market. They are sourced from EPAX which has the highest standards hand down. The packaging is awesome as it is recycled material with no plastic! Even the ink is vegetable oil! I would like people to research more so they understand this before leaving comments. I would buy directly from Jane Iredale they offer free shipping then you know for sure where they come from.

This comes in a round non- see through medal container, wrapped around with paper, with ingred. Info.
Comes with foil over the top as a seal, and its less then half filled. (A waste of packaging! )
These Omega 3 are lighter in color then any other ones I have taken before!
There also smaller then other ones, which is good for some people.
Omega 3 thins your blood a bit, if you’re on blood thinners ask your Dr. Before taking these.
I have taken other Omega 3 ,1000 mg or more for years as its very good for your heart.
This said there is only 594 mg omega 3, taking 2 caps of this. I would have to take at least 1 to 2 more. lAlthough there is A & Omega 6 in this which I usually Do not take, as I get it from other food.
Not sure if the fish in this is Farmed raised, which I would never eat farm raised fish.
Says the fish is,anchovy, swai, & Tilapia..In the Usa I can only find farm raised tilapia, or from a different country that there
Ocean is contaminated. I do not have Any idea what Swai fish is?
This is made in the UK where the rules are strickter then the Usa.
To be fair I have not taken this for a long enough time to notice a difference, and I’m a older women.
Although I cannot figure out why this is so pricey for such a small amount? 30 caps!
