It’s hard to judge efficacy but these pills have no off smell or taste and seem fresh. Glutathione is a vital antioxidant that is hard to take orally because your digestive system destroys it. I take reduced glutathione which is absorbed well and I can tell the difference. This product is s-acetyl glutathione which is similar to reduced (and to liposomal, which is reduced encased in a fat) but has some other properties. I don’t know how dosages compare across the two. This product has 150 mg per capsule (recommended dose is 2/day).

This bottle of, “Glutathione” from Ancient Bliss isn’t just normal Glutathione. This is S-Acetyl Glutathione. What’s inside the capsules is actually, “Emothion”, a trademarked type of S-Acetyl Glutathione. Glutathione is a supplement I never noticed much from, so I wasn’t expecting much from this S-Acetyl version of it, however I did notice a little something different. It made me think enough that I don’t think I will return to normal Glutathione supplements. A read a bit about S-Acetyl Glutathione and some of the things that stood out to me were that it can cross the Blood Brain Barrier, and it’s much more available when ingested.
The bottle contains 60 capsules, with each capsule containing 150mg of S-Acetyl Glutathione (Emothion). The suggested use is 2 capsules daily or as directed by a physician for best results. There are some badges on the bottle indicating that these capsules are manufactured in a FDA registered facility, Maed in USA, and GMP Certified Facility.

I’ve been taking different glutathione supplements for awhile but never heard of the S-acetyl form before. There isn’t a lot of information about it, except one article from NIH about it’s use for certain liver conditions. Im taking glutathione in a desperate attempts to slow aging.
I’ve had a acetyl form of other amino acids and found that they tend to be utilized a bit better by the body (you can tell of the amino has an effect you can feel). Glutathione is a tripeptide though, and the danger there is that it will be broken down to the aminos before getting absorbed, which is why glutathione is not usually the recommended form to take. Some supplements prefer NAC or.liposomal delivery for this reason.
Some say they get energy from glutathione supplements but I’ve never experienced that effect, including with this one. I just wish I had more information about the S-acetyl form and how they compare.
I have had a few supplements from Ancient Bliss and think they’ve all been good products.

Ancient Bliss S-Acetyl Glutathione I really cant tell if anything is happening, HOWEVER these type of supplements tend to take sometime to build up in your system so I maybe to early to tell. I have had no bad effects or anything that would cause me not to continue I do think they are worth a try but again it may take awhile before you see any benefits

Glutathione is a master antioxidant for the body… the gatekeeper as it were. It makes sure everything is in balance to help support a strong immune system. I could write pages about how Glutathione may help your body. It seems though, to especially support a strong nervous system. That is where I am looking for support with. The brand suggests that you may not see any benefits until the 30-day mark. I have been using Ancient Bliss Liposomal Glutathione for about 2 weeks and as expected I have not noticed any benefits but that is not to say I haven’t had any. Lab tests would be the determiner of whether these are helping your issues or not. The capsules are small and easy to take. It is recommended to take 2 a day with water. I don’t seem to have any side effects although some people may be sensitive so be aware. I Do recommend this Glutathione. It is manufactured with a Liposomal (oil ie Sunflower oil) to make it more absorbable. The brand Ancient Bliss is very transparent about their manufacturing and ingredients. The company and manufacturing facility are based in USA. Their facility is cGMP. Their products are organic and non-gmo. I always like to look for information about the founders as well. It tells me a lot about the credibility and trustworthiness of the products. Ancient Bliss founder has a heartwarming story. Be patient and be aware and stay in touch with your medical professional to help you determine if these are working for you.

I have been taking Glutathione in other forms and began taking the Ancient Bliss S-Acetyl Glutathione Supplement this month instead of other forms. It is said that this form is a superior type to take. What I have noticed most so far over this month is that I have lost more weight. I am not sure if it is water or fat or both but look lean and weigh less. This occurs with other types I have taken but this seems to be better. This does not seem to have any negative side effects and I can consume on an empty stomach. It is currently in the premium supplement category. I am not sure if the difference is enough to continue with this supplement but I do think it is worth considering if you are looking for a good source.

This was almost double the price when I got it, which had my expectations a little bit elevated. I wasn’t blown away, nor was I disappointed, I was satisfied. I feel like these have had positive benefits as I found that I’ve been feeling good since taking them- although, I was taking a different glutathione supplement for a few months before this, so I had a build up already. These go down easy and don’t cause any irritation, with our without food, for me anyway. I feel like it’s improved my skin, which is always a massive plus!

I just started taking these so I can’t say for sure if they “work” or not, only time will tell if they work as they should. I can say that they’re capsules, so they’re definitely easier to take and swallow. No after taste or unpleasant taste at all.
