So, I’ve had this supplement for a while now, however I have just started taking them. I wanted to make sure I finished my other vitamins before starting this new one, thus way I can be sure that the result( if I get any) are definitely from this particular supplement.
So far so good , not hard to swallow, came nicely sealed as expected.
I’ll have to come back with an update to provide feedback on results after I’ve been taking them consistently.

This is a great supplement for respiratory support. Certain times of year this seems like exactly what you need, and we always have had good results with this. It is well made and well packaged. The capsules are easy to swallow, with no weird tastes or after burps. They’re well made, do what they are supposed to do, and come at a great price for a known brand. Don’t hesitate.

I’m looking for an as needed immune booster, which all of the ingredients in this supplement point to. The only one I wasn’t familiar with was the black seed cumin, which turns out has a wide variety of uses. As always, I recommend everyone do their own research. It is, however, something I do want in my personal medicine cabinet.
There are, however, several purported certifications on the bottle that I’m not familiar with. The black seed is listed as organic, but I’m not seeing the USDA Organic seal here. There’s no source listed for the ingredients so I’m assuming it’s worldwide. There’s just not enough information about the ingredients for me. There’s a lot number and Best By Date stamped on the bottom of the bottle.

These were easy to swallow with no aftertaste. They contained all the ingredients I was looking for and were a good value size.

I love this product. The quercetin helps the zinc work inside the cell to fight viral replication. The added benefit of the black cumin seed and NAC are great for the body immune response. The vit C & D are in dosages my stomach can handle. Other brands advertised in higher doses are gut wrenching for me. A great value for my health and wallet!

This supplement is very impressive because the ingredients are topnotch and well thought out. Though it might sound complicated to the layman, as a naturalist I am familiar with in the importance of (NAC) which is an amino acid. NAC also known as N-Acetyl-L Cysteine, is a substance which is essential for the production of is glutathione. Glutathione is known for being one of the most important antioxidants that support lung function, relieve symptoms of respiratory conditions and may help with overall wellbeing.
Black Seed (Nigella sativa) is an ancient remedy that has been used for thousands of years. Packed with antioxidants, it supports a strong immune system and respiratory health. In addition to these benefits, black seed may aid cardiovascular & digestive health, and act as a beauty bonus, for skin, nails & hair. This is an important supplement for me and I highly recommend it! Made in the USA with pure ingredients if I could give it 10 stars I would.

PROS:
(1) While the product info has an emphasis on respiratory health, the ingredients (especially NAC) are good for overall health and longevity.
(2) I’m primarily taking this for NAC to further glutathione production, but the addition of quercetin, vitamin C and D, and zinc is an added benefit for sure — especially for immune health.
(3) I really appreciate that this manufacturer “completes multiple 3rd party lab tests,” which shows that they take quality seriously. This product also is made in the USA with Non-GMO ingredients.
