I had issues for the past two years with not fully emptying my bladder. Every time I went to pee, I needed to go back two or three times a couple minutes later just to get it all out. I went searching online for all the different natural possibilities and this product had both the best reviews and the lowest price. I figured it was a good place to start. i’m not sure if it was placebo effect or not but i literally had INSTANT results. Within the first day of taking it I completely emptied my bladder every time which I hadn’t done in over a year. I couldn’t believe it. Since then it has been so much better aside from an occasional step back which i think may be related to dosage. I take one in the morning and one at night and about 12 hours in, it seems to sometimes revert back little right before i take my next capsule – again not sure if it’s placebo effect (even if it is, as long as I’m having good results I don’t care). I would definitely recommend trying it!

I’ve tried several brands of Saw Palmetto over the last few years – started taking it around when I turned 50 in hopes of staving off *female* baldness due to DHT (runs in the family). Nature’s Wellness are pleasant to take, and I especially appreciate that their products are made in USA and GMP certified. It’s easy to swallow and I have had no adverse issues with Natures Wellness Saw Palmetto supplement. I take it as an over the counter supplement for prostate health, anti inflammatory that is not a NASAID, and there are promising studies that show it can help maintain testosterone levels which decrease after age 30. I’m in the over 50 age group and fairly active, exercising daily including cycling 2-3 hours per ride, several times a week. I believe saw palmetto as a supplement included as part of a healthy lifestyle has helped provide a good quality of active-life. My family doctor tells me I have zero prostate issues and normal PSA results each year. Bottom line -I obviously feel its a good value.

I’m the wife of this account holder. I haven’t asked a professional about taking these, but from what I’ve read, saw palmetto seemed to be a good plant to try for increasing libido in females. I’m beginning week three and a few positive results have already shown. My fingernails and eyelashes are longer and stronger in half the time. Libido is definitely up from 1% interest to about 65% interest. Perhaps my hormones are balancing out because my monthly cycle ended two days sooner than I’m used to. The first week I had three or four cystic bumps on my face and horrible patches of acne.. this is unusual for me, but there are other factors that could have caused this. Now my face is clearing up nicely – I’ll wait and see how it maintains. I’m bruising more easily; my legs are covered in blue simply from working retail. I’ve given this product 4/5 stars because it’s only 25% fatty acids instead of the recommended 85-95%. So far it’s a nice, cheap, introductory supplement.

I started taking Saw Palmetto because the product said it would allow me to sleep longer through the night, without having to frequently get up to use the bathroom. I had been getting up every two hours. Now I can sleep four and a half hours and sometime up to five hours.
I also discovered another benefit while using the product. The product does not say it can do the following, but after taking Saw Palmetto for three days, it took the pain away in my knees. I had so much pain in my knees I could hardly walk down the stairs, and sometimes I thought I would fall, because of the pain. I had been dealing with the pain for about four months. But after taking Saw Palmetto for three days, I discovered I no longer had pain in my knees. It removed the inflamation. I then tried an experiment, I started using another popular prostrate product. Gradually the inflamation in my knees returned. I then switched back to Saw Palmetto, and the inflamation in my knees went away.
It works for me, and because it does I will continue to use the product.

I purchased saw palmetto from a different manufacturer on Amazon and it worked extremely well for quite some time – a couple years or so, but perhaps my body got used to it and it’s effectiveness started declining.
Some important back story…I’m not a senior citizen by any stretch (early fifties now) but complained to my Dr a couple years about getting up in the middle of the nite to take a leak- a major hassle interrupting my sleep. Saw Palmetto squashed that – so any guy experiencing this should 100% try Saw Palmetto.
The past couple months I found myself getting up around 5 or so (not in the middle of the night- but the issue seemed like it was creeping back in). When I finished the product I had left from another manufacturer I figured I’d try a different brand. This Natures brand has gotten me back on track- based on my experience I HIGHLY recommend it.

So I have been having some prostate issues where I have actually experienced some bleeding. Doctors indicate there is nothing to worry about and that it is likely a low grade infection.
