Quality ingredients but like many other supplements, way over-packaged with the bottle being only half full of capsules. Best by date on bottom was difficult to read but appears to be 04/2026 which is 1.5 years out. Love the one capsule/day dose and 90-day supply for $23. Only concern is the D3 might be slightly too high of a dosage without causing issues so be sure to discuss with your own physician before taking.

I’ve read about the benefits of keeping sufficient levels of vitamin D so I’ve been taking it for a while, and I feel better taking it since I don’t really get a ton of sun to produce it naturally. These pills are super easy to take because of the small size and it seems like a good dosage in there. I’m especially happy about the vitamin K2 because it has been recommended to me before, although I’m not super familiar with the reasons for the benefits but I see it helps with absorption. I think it was recommended to me for blood clotting benefits but I only took it for a short time and that wasn’t something I really paid much attention to, but a quick search says it could possibly help with bone density as well. This seems like a thoughtful formulation with good quality so I’m happy to try this out. Thank you very much.

This is a great clean formulation to support your health with this essential vitamin mix. I just started taking this Promix Nutrition brand D, K2. There is no artificial anything contained in this product. It comes presented in an amber colored glass bottle containing 90 capsules and 90 servings. I am taking the suggested serving of 1 easy to swallow capsule a day in a beverage and a fatty meal. I am getting 5000iu of Vitamin D3 and Vitamin K2 as MK4 and K3 as MK7 with 500mcg and 125mcg respectively. I appreciate that this is a clean product and that this and all Promix Nutrition products are gluten free, soy free, GMO free, hormone free, and antibiotic free. They don’t contain refined sugar, artificial sweeteners, stevia, gums, fillers, or bleach. They have 94% of ingredients sourced from North America and products are produced in facilities using GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards. All in all, consider this D3 plus k2 supplement by Promix Nutrition and get the high quality you deserve.

The unique thing about this supplement is that it has both K2 MK-4 and K2 MK7 where each has a slightly different effect on the body. For example, K2 MK-4, which is found in animal products, helps support bone and heart health. This is a small capsule, easy to swallow, and has no odor or taste/aftertaste. The bottle contains a 3 month dosage, but is only about a third full. They could have used a much smaller bottle.
I like that it’s D3 with K2 included. My concern is the dosage. It contains a dosage that’s way above the RDA. Talk with your health care provider to determine the best dosage for you.
