I would have paid more had I known they would not send it in a package that would keep it cold (at least insulated). I wonder if this just sits on their shelf un refrigerated. I need the potency as it is used in a formula for my son with many allergies. I had been buying it out of a fridge at a local natural food store. They should really read the package and more clearly state how it will be shipped.

This is a great brand, however I question the company selling it. It states on the bottle to keep refrigerated. This bottle was shipped to me with a teeny tiny cool pack. When I received the product, the tiny cool pack was no longer cool. It was warm at best. So you could imagine being hesitant to give your infant a product that hasn’t been keep refrigerated like stated clearly on the bottle. The sad part is, I called VitaminLife, the company selling it, 3-4 times and left voice messages. No answer nor no returned phone call. I wrote them a message through Amazon and same thing; no response. It seems to be a great product, but I did not feel comfortable giving this to my newborn when it wasn’t kept cool. So disappointing and a waste of money.
