The serving size is 1 capsule a day, which would last about a month. The capsules are easy to swallow and get down with a bit of water, and they don’t have any taste that I can tell and don’t upset the stomach. They tend to help with digestion and bloating. After a run with a prescription of antibiotics, these are a promising supplement for repopulating the gut biome with beneficial bacteria. The capsules are vegetarian and offer a good spectrum of beneficial bacteria. The price isn’t cheap, but the quality is quite good.

I take probiotics on a daily basis for my digestion and immunity. I ordered FK Frederick Kinski Pro-52 Probiotics + Prebiotics Supplements to see how they would work for me. The supplements contains a good list of probiotics, though it took a little effort to read it. The print is so small on this bottle that I had to use my phone camera to read it. It’s a good thing I took that step. I discovered something I didn’t expect on the side. There are instructions to “Refrigerate after opening”. This probably isn’t great news for me. I’m very much a creature of habit. If these aren’t stored with my other supplements they will be forgotten frequently. I have my vitamins and supplements stored in a container that separates the daily doses. Since these probiotics are in the refrigerator I forget them. I’ve been using these for less than a week and I’ve already forgotten them twice.
When I DO remember to take them they seem to work as expected. I haven’t had any negative reactions to them. I don’t find them to have a strong odor or unpleasant taste. I have no problem swallowing them. The bottle says a dose is one to two capsules daily. If taking one capsule, this is a month’s supply. This is how I intend to take them. These are a bit more expensive than the probiotics I had been taking, so I want them to last a month.
These supplements are made in the USA. There’s a Miami FL address. They were well sealed, however if there’s a use by date, I didn’t see it. There’s a number, but if it’s a use-by date, it’s part of a code.
I believe these are good supplements that are going to be beneficial for my health. I’m pleased with this order.

Since I have been taking this product I have notice an improvement in regular bowel movements and no negative reactions. The bottle had tamper evident seals in place and the inside of the bottle was free of product dust which may be an indication of the quality and care of its production and packaging. FK Frederick Kinski Pro-52 Probiotics + Prebiotics Supplement, 52.5 Billion CFU, 30 Vegetarian Capsules…These pro and pre biotic capsules work nicely for me. After 6 weeks on antibiotics my doctor suggested I take pre and pro biotics. The writing is hard for an elder person to read, but after using a magnifying glass you can read the bottle and instructions. It does say after opening refrigeration is required. My previous one did not. But these seem to work better for me. I’ve had no ill effects and I’ve a colostomy.
