I saw Dr. Berg talk about this. You must take on an empty stomach and it works on dissolving dead fiberous tissue. So if you eat a steak and take it, it will work on the steak.
I didn’t want fibroid tumors but my doctor told me not to worry about them but I did worry. I took two capsules in the morning about 3 or 4 times a week and would eat in the evening. I am Ketogenic and eat one meal a day.
After about two weeks my tumors were gone. I also think some scars I have look lightened and my joints feel better.
I noticed no side effects. I don’t take everyday as I have them in my desk drawer at work so I take 3 or 4 times a week.
Now I take one capsule in the morning 3 or 4 times a week on an empty stomach for maintenance.

I bought this because I had read that it helps dissolve the plaque in our arteries. Since my husband had a heart attack a few years ago I was obviously concerned about another one coming. I decided to take it also, since we eat that same foods. Since we’re only on our 2nd bottle, I don’t know if it’s working for that but I have noticed that even during allergy season my sinuses have cleaned out, I’m breather better and seem to not be affected by allergy season as much this year even though pollen is really high.
This is an enzyme that eats dead tissue but does not do anything to living tissue. It’s a great way to “clean” all the gunk in our bodies. So far so good. I love this brand because it’s affordable and arrives quickly when ordered from Amazon. This will be a part of our vitamin, supplement regimen for life. My husband doesn’t get another check-up for 6 months. I can’t wait to hear how his arteries are doing.

I began using this three months ago when the unusually hot and wet Spring and Summer had everyone’s sinus’s hurting. My usual sprays/drops were not helping my severe sinus pain and eye itching. I got an article from Dr. Mercola that serrapeptase helps sinusitis, so I ordered some. My sinuses cleared up in 3 days ! I think my hearing improved too. Big hard pieces of something came out of my nose, throat (dried mucus?). Then I read about its other benefits. I’ve noticed my chronic lower back pain is relieved. The age spots on my hands are fading. I take 3 a day on an empty stomach. I don’t have athritus, but I’ve noticed a change in the shape of an ankle that had multiple injuries. I’m not sure, but I think my vision my be improving (cateract removal ?). I wish there was a way to tell if the arterial plack is dissolving. I’ve searched many internet sites and videos and this seems to be effective.

I have been using this for almost a year and I love it! It works within minutes and doesn’t leave you sleepy or feeling drugged. The one drawback to it is that you need to take it about i hour after or before eating or you will have to go potty rather quickly. It’s not only good for sinus and allergy issues but it is ver good for your overall health. Highly recommend. And this is a very good brand, I tried another that was recommended that was cheaper…. This is the best!

I have to stick to the middle in this review. I don’t want to knock this product since so many others seem to have benefits. But I noticed nothing, neither good or bad. No miracles and no bad side-effects.

I bought this because someone told me it might shrink my thyroid nodules, so for 3 weeks before my ultrasound I took it. I dont know if it helped that, they werent bigger. but this literally saved me!!! My phlegm had been choking me. Numerous times to the doctor. Dr just told me to drink more water. Run a humidifier, take alergy meds, nothing was helping, my ears were plugged! I was gagging on it. In my quest to fix one problem, I found a miracle for my other one, all of a sudden my phlem was thinner and my ears cleared, I could breathe!!!!! and I can hear!!! GLORY!!! I take it as directed, works great for this anyway! Wish there were more studies on it though!

Me lo empecé a tomar con la idea que me quitara las flemas así me lo mando un doctor,Pues será para otros!, A mi no me funcionó y me tomé el pomo completo,apezar que me lo mandaron por 2 semana!! Seguiré probando con otra cosa! Pero definitivamente no era para mi!
