These capsules are an easy way to get your daily probiotics. They are easy to swallow and only contain the necessary ingredients (probiotics, capsule, prebiotics). They’re a bit spendier than other probiotics, which would be the only thing keeping me from purchasing these on a regular basis.

I didn’t notice this was a “refill” so I was not prepared to receive a bag of capsules that is not re-sealable, but that’s definitely on me. I cannot speak to the efficacy of the product, but so far they have performed as expected based on my experience with other similar products. I have not experienced any adverse effects, and am overall happy with my purchase (even though they’re in a ziploc now lol)

I debated between 3 and 5 stars on this one. The product is great, I can say that it has improved the things I expected it to in the month I tried it. I wish it was about half the price though. I haven’t noticed a decrease in effectiveness since switching to a similar, less expensive brand. I think this level of ingredient quality might be a little better and probably worth it for people with extra sensitive digestion. For me, I cannot say that I will use it again, although it did work and maybe the extra cost is worth it in the long run.

What was not listed is other ingredients which are yucky fillers. These include magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide. I wish this was included in the listing. I do not like those fillers. I will not be consuming this.

I’ve recently been on an iron protocol which has had me backed up more than usual. Amazon doesn’t allow me to say what exactly this has been helping me with, but I’m sure that you can deduce. I’ve read that spore based probiotics can be helpful whether you’re having harder or softer stools, so that’s interesting. I notice this also contains some prebiotics like Jerusalem artichoke and inulin, which helps the good stuff populate and keeps things moving.
My only qualm is that it’s expensive – I’m guessing that’s because they’re using a brand name spore biotic (Lactospore). I also wish it didn’t have fillers like magnesium stearate at this price point. It’s more expensive to make supplements without it, but for this price I feel like I’d be more inclined to continue purchasing it if it didn’t have fillers.

This is a 30-day supply, there are 60 capsules here. I have no complaints about functionality but the price seems awfully high. I’ve had other products give good and similar results without costing so much. They really did help me feel better but there’s no way I would have purchased something like this outside of the Vine program. If money isn’t something you’re concerned about, then go right ahead and order this. My apologies for being vague, they will reject my review if I get too specific with any kind of health product.

It works great, can’t say I can feel a big difference in my day to day since I had been taking probiotic pills before I tried this. It’s a great refill pack, but even without the original – it’s fine.
I definitely think it’s a bit pricy, you’re supposed to have two a day, but I’ve been taking one a day. perhaps two would make a difference?
It is definitely a bit pricy, wish there was something to back up why it should cot $50.

The other ingredients are DRcaps Capsules (Hypromellose, Gellan Gum), Magnesium Stearate Silica, and Rice Flour.
You’re supposed to take 2 of these in the morning. It’s a pretty regular-sized capsule. I would prefer smaller capsules because after I take one, I don’t want to take another right after it, since I can still feel it in my throat. That’s a personal preference of course. But I basically only take one a day because of this.
