I loved the ingredient list for these supplements and was very hopeful! Unfortunately, I quickly found that I could not take this supplement without food or else 🤮🤮
Before these supplements, my cycle was extremely regular and these extended my cycles significantly (almost double!)
Hubby didn’t have any notable side effects, but HATED the taste and told me every time he took them lol

UPDATE: Turns out I was actually pregnant after all 🥹 would recommend but beware of the nausea!
After 2 weeks of taking these and noticing daily nausea, I began to vomit which is incredibly rare for me. I thought, oh wow I must be pregnant! Then the next day, after I gave my husband his, he also vomited. I realized it was the supplements. Even if taken with food, even if I only take 1 (half a dose) I get hit with severe nausea about an hour later. I am continuing to take them because maybe being horribly nauseous ever day will prepare me for morning sickness lol

The value of these vitamins has truly surprised me. Given the comprehensive blend of essential nutrients they provide, I expected them to be quite expensive. However, they are reasonably priced, offering a great balance between quality and affordability. It’s clear that the makers have prioritized providing a high-quality product without making it cost-prohibitive. Gotta love Frida products!

I’ve heard good things about this brand but I’m disappointed in this product. It’s just not for me. The taste is fantastic, like an orange flavor. I never got nauseous but I always made sure to eat before taking them. The pills made my urine super yellow but I didn’t mind that too much. However, the pills made my period longer, but a lot and my first period extremely heavy. Then I started being late, thinking I was pregnant but nope… just another side effect from the pill. Happy for the women that did get pregnant with these but they’re just not for me.

Quality is okay. Kinda extremely prices for the lack of results. If you take it you should take it at night due to making your stomach upset. They are rather large in size.

Good product, no crazy side effects. it does turn me and my husbands pee yellow probably the b-12. I gave 4 stars just because I don’t know how effective it is yet -will update!
