This gives me a real boost for my workouts. I’ve used it for just two days now and I’ve gone harder than normal both times. Bought this pre-workout because I’ve been seeing hearing/seeing about it from a lot of high level professional Boxers for years so I decided to give it a go. The simple and short is that this works very well for me. I feel stronger and more motivated for my workouts so far, I’ll give an update as I continue to use it.

I like Xpedite. It does work, quietly if I might say it like that. It last about 4 hours per use. Flavors vary based on which you buy. The only drawback is a slight egg taste.

Item was delivered and before opening the seal I squeezed the container lightly and could feel a air leak. When I opened the container the power was half clumpy/ hard and half normal power. Amazon does not accept returns on this product. Don’t waste your money.

I’m writing this review from the gym… Today was day 1 of using this product and I must say, it most certainly provided me with the boost I needed along with endurance.

This is the product my gym recommended so I started with it. I drink it after having 1/2 a banana and before I head out to the gym at 5:30am. I really liked it and it gave me energy and focus to the point that I forgot to drink my morning coffee during my eggs and veggies breakfast before work. It’s nearly lunch time before I think about a cup of coffee. I’ve recently strayed to my local stores (GNC and Vitamin Shoppe) to see what they had like this. I tried a few other brands and either got too jittery, it just didn’t mix as well, or left an undesirable after taste. I’m back to Xpedite because it didn’t have any of those issues for me. I just wish there were more flavors. That is what caused me to stray… variety. I’d love to try Green Apple but without a sample, I can’t commit to the full size since it’s generally not a favorite for me. Raspberry Lemonade is great. I’m hoping for more flavors in their future.

I hated working out until this energy powder gave me such a boost that it felt so good to move my body. The pain I would feel after lessened tremendously. That encouraged me to workout more, until moving my body became routine. I’m a sedentary worker (from home the last 5 yrs) who previously spent all day laying around. Great product.
