The seller really treated me fairly. After I reported my negative physical reaction to the supplement, they stated I couldn’t return the product, but they refunded the full purchase amount. They were really concerned about making things right and they answered my inquiries right away.

I have been sent two updates on this product delaying the delivery. It is a good product and actually does help. But the fact they can’t keep up with the demand is disturbing. Poor company management. If you are making money on it then you should use the profit to expand production otherwise you lose your customer base because they have to look elsewhere to get the pain relief, they bought it for in the first place. That leads to lost profits and eventually you will go out of business. I will not buy your product again since I cannot find it in the stores even when ordering it online.

Within 3 weeks my knees quit hurting, around the sun week mark my neck injured when I was 13 made a pop noise and I was able to turn more freely. I have syst in my lower back and they are not bothering me .

Thank goodness this popped up in an advice day. I wish I could give more. Wish ya could ask my family. I tried everything .some days that squeezing pain from my buttock down the leg,I had to lay on my back,put both my legs in the air to stop it for awhile— turns out this is excellent for a weak Periformus ( sp) muscle which was my problem from sitting too much. Yup. After the first week,it stopped,not just slowed down stopped. Turns out sciatica,peri formas(sp) pain usually is due to a vitamin nutrient lack. I musta had a serious one. WOW. Thanku people who did research and created this product! I do leg stretches and my sciatiEase. Had no adverse side effects,easy to swallow slippery capsules. 👍

I am on my 3rd bottle and 1 capsule a day. I started at the recommended dosage and felt the difference within a week. I slowly worked down to 1 a day. No side affects at all.

I started with this product as a hit and miss meaning some days I took it once and other days not at all. Then I decided to get serious about it and take as directed. I still had a hard time remembering to take it twice a day. I decided if I was going to take this product, I needed to have another bottle on had so I would not run out. So on April 27 I ordered another bottle for $69.99. Well about this time I was having terrible regurgitation after eating. I was blaming it on my fish oil which I have taken for 15 years and did not have a problem but had no idea it was from SciatiEase. Every day the problem got worse. I was swallowing Pepcid to try and stop it. My throat was burning after each episode. Finally, I started thinking about what I had just beginning to take, and it hit me, SciatiEase. So, I went to their website & saw acid reflux, bloating and upset stomach were side effects. I stopped taking it and have no more problems. The problem I have now is an unopened bottle that seems I cannot return. Their website says customers can even return an empty bottle and stand behind their product for 180 days. By that I should be getting a refund of $69.99 x 2. Trying to call their number does not work because I keep getting a recording that “all circuits are busy.” The number for refunds gets a fast busy signal. Amazon says I have to go to manufacturer for refund. I can’t get a hold of manufacturer to do it. Other reviews on their website says they could not get a refund. I have now (May 24,24) gotten them on the phone and they said they will not refund it because I bought it through Amazon. I have to follow Amazon’s policy. An Amazon says it is not returnable. So I’m out $140.

Originally I rated this as a 1 star, saying “it did absolutely nothing for my sciatica. A total waste of money.”
While it is still true that it did nothing for me, the company reached out to me and offered a full refund of my money. I had seen that as an offer if I had ordered it directly from them, but assumed they would not if I had ordered it through Amazon. But they did reach out and refunded the money. So I changed my review to a 3 star. It still didn’t work for me, but it seems to work for some people (as evidenced by the reviews) so go ahead and try it and if it doesn’t work ask for a refund.

For me that is. For some other people it may work. People’s conditions are different than others.
