Always read the back of the bottle.These are 3 daily my other was 1-2 a day.also these did not seem to work for as I am taking them plus gingko for ringing of the ears & I could not tell they worked.I will go back to my other product which did help.

What’s not to like about this supplement. Large bottle of 10-1 concentrate Lions Main for a very good price. This would works well when doing fasting for the autophagy benefits as this will help to build new brain structures back and enhance your thinking abilities. This is one of many things to take for the above. Seems to be a very good product.

“Neurotrophic factors are important in promoting the growth and differentiation of neurons. Nerve growth factor (NGF) is essential for the maintenance of the basal forebrain cholinergic system. Hericenones and erinacines isolated from the medicinal mushroom Hericium erinaceus can induce NGF synthesis in nerve cells. In this study, we evaluated the synergistic interaction between H. erinaceus aqueous extract and exogenous NGF on the neurite outgrowth stimulation of neuroblastoma-glioma cell NG108-15.”
“In conclusion, the aqueous extract of H. erinaceus contained neuroactive compounds which induced NGF-synthesis and promoted neurite outgrowth in NG108-15 cells. Hericium erinaceus, also known as Lion’s Mane Mushroom or Hedgehog Mushroom, is an edible fungus, which has a long history of usage in traditional Chinese medicine. This mushroom is rich in some physiologically important components, especially β-glucan polysaccharides, which are responsible for anti-cancer, immuno-modulating, hypolipidemic, antioxidant and neuro-protective activities of this mushroom. I had originally tried a different type and brand of Lions Mane, as suggested by my primary physician, since she had been hearing positive results from it. My original trial didn’t really seem to make any noticeable difference. The Advanced Bionetix Lions Mane Supplement, although looking the same, is different in its production. I can feel a difference in this and will continue taking it, at least for a while. As with any supplement, consult your physician, before use.
