This Citrus Bergamot really works. I wanted to wait until I had my blood test to see the results. My cholesterol would not come down no matter what I tried with diet. I don’t eat red meat or any fatty foods. The dr finally said that it was just my body and had nothing to do with my diet. I started taking the Citrus Bergamot the end of April and my test last week was great. The good cholesterol was up and the bad was down. Awesome product.

I have used this product on the basis of reviews and information provided from the company. It also provides immune support with olive leaf. I like that they have good safety and health practices, if what they say is true. Also, I appreciate that it is gluten free and vegan. I bought it to balance my cholesterol. I don’t know if it has helped yet. I’ve taken this for three months now and I am due for a check up soon. I do feel healthy and maybe it’s in part to this product but I’m also taking other supplements to help. It’s probably the combination of all of them. So I’m giving this 4 stars just because of the unknown and it hasn’t had any bad effects so far.

After taking this item for a short period I feel like I have a little more engery. I am unsure it it has helped my cholesterol levels or not as I have not had them rechecked recently. I’ve been taking bergamot for awhile now. My doctor was quite pleased with my cholesterol tests. He thinks I changed my eating and exercise routine however the only thing I did differently was add a bergamot capsule daily. These are easy to swallow with no side effects.

I have been using this product for a couple of weeks so I am unsure of how well it has lowered my cholesterol. However, I can say that the capsules are easy to take and do not have an unpleasant taste or smell. I also have not had any negative side effects from them either. let me start by saying I received a 150 count bottle and not the 90 count that several people have complained about, but when I ordered I stated I would return these if I was sent a 90 count battle. I call these 600 mg because that is what it says on the back side of the label, they get the 15,500 mg by using a 25:1 Extract (fruit), called Citrus bergamia, whatever that is. So, if you take 600 mg multiplied by 25 you get 15,000 mg, so maybe they threw in the extra 500 for good measure, to come up with 15,500 mg. To all this, I say baloney, they are 600 mg capsules. I bought these because I price shop everything, especially on Amazon where some of the sellers are taking moon shots with their outrageous price. I shop all herbs by capsule count and content per capsule, if you do the same then you know exactly what I am talking about, you push aside the sellers statements and read the labels. I also find half the sellers telling you to take 2 to 3 capsules per day and sometimes more, to achieve the mg count on the label, to me this amounts to false advertising, so beware. Using my search methods I found these to be a good value, this time around, however, don’t count on a fair price the next time you buy because some sellers get greedy if they sell enough product, then raise the price over their competitors, sometimes by a considerable amount, as did my last supplier of Citrus Bergamot.

I am using this to control my cholesterol and this is the most powerful brand I have come across and will continue to use. This is a great value for your money also because you get a full 90 day supply, you only have to take 1 per day.. You get 15500 in each capsul which is a great benefit to your health. this supplement is great, try it for yourself !
