I’ll start with what I wish were different:
1. I sure hope this proves to be awesome given the cost — presently a little over $50 for 90 capsules. But if you are doing the math for how much it will cost you per day, do note that the direction stated take two capsules three times a day — so that’s 6 capsules per day. And it’s a little misleading that those directions disagree with what the packaging says is a per-serving size — 2 capsules. That led me to believe when reading the product info on the sellers page that I would need to take two of these a day. But to get the amount that they show as a daily value, you’ll have to take three of those servings of two. So at the current price, that’s actually in little over $3/day total.
2. Not organic.
3. Contains silica. It’s not the end of the world to have it in there, but it’s merely a a caking agent, as I understand it: something to keep it from caking up. it just seems unnecessary since it’s inside the capsule and is not the healthiest of additives.
What I do like about it: While it’s been probably not long enough to accurately assess if it’s helping with my joints, it does seem to help with the pain a bit, which is based upon my very subjective assessment of course.

When I read the ingredients of this unique joint support supplement I knew I had to give it a try. I’m mostly interested in the effects that the enzymes may have to help increase and improve the effectiveness of the more traditional ingredients. So far I’m feeling good results and it seems very promising. I’m looking forward to feeling what the long term results have in store for me!

These capsules are full of really strong ingredients. They should work great in theory. I’m feeling better already after just a few days. I don’t really like the amount of pills to take every day and I haven’t been taking them as directed. The only 15 days supply is disappointing for how much they cost. To summarize: they are a good joint support product but a little pricey for what you get.

I tried taking this for about a month. I didn’t experience any real pain relief. I didn’t have any side effects either which is good. But it really had no effect on me whatsoever.

I like the idea of adding enzymes. The effectiveness of Glucosamine, Chondroitin, & Turmeric have been well studied. Therefore, I really think this is a beneficial supplement.
However, if you follow the dosage recommendations, this is just a 15 day supply. At fifty bucks, it’s a hefty price for such a brief duration.

Been taking similar ingredients for many years (Glucosamine & Chondroiten) to help with arthritis. Those are the 2 generally accepted “natural” ingredients. This adds some natural enzymes which should be interesting to try. The capsules are quite large for me but I can work around that. It’s always good to try something new and see if it helps.

Nutra Disc Joint Support Supplement From Anabolic Laboratories contains 90 capsules with a serving suggestion size of 2x capsules per serving, three times a day. Tumeric extract, glucosamine sulfate and chondrotine sulfate are good things that I’ve taken in the past, but I don’t really have any experience with all the enzymes that promise all sorts of things. I thought this was 2 capsules a day, but the instructions states 2x capsules, 3x times a day which is a total of six capsules. That means this whole bottle only gives you 15 days worth. I already take so many vitamins so adding this many more and three times a day is unappealing to me. Plus if the whole bottle only gives you 15 days worth, then this is going to get pretty expensive quickly. Lot number and expiration date clearly marked on bottom of bottle. No indication of where it is made.
