My cholesterol was really bad to the point where my doctor wanted to put me on a statin to correct it. My immediate reaction was to ask if I could do this holistically with diet and supplements and although he didn’t recommend this one by name, he did mention to me the things I could take that would help. Quite simply this product had all the ingredients my doctor had specifically mentioned, in one convenient albeit large gel cap.

The Red Omega pills are a combination of red yeast rice, CoQ10, and Omega-3 fatty acids. This pill is a natural alternative to statin drugs like lipitor, and just as effective. My wife took them for three months (and began an exercise program, walking for a couple of miles five days a week), and her blood work showed such improvement that her physician was envious. Pretty fantastic performance.
Here’s why you should consider this product: 1) All of the statin drugs lower your cholesterol, but also lower your CoQ10. This pill includes replacement CoQ10. 2) All of the prescribed statin drugs have undesirable long term side effects. This pill has none. 3) The medical profession will not tell you to take Omega-3 fatty acids, even though they have been proven to improve cardiovascular health. This pill includes Omega-3 fatty acids.
If I get a blood test result that shows my cholesterol is getting too high, in addition to keeping up an exercise routine, I plan to take this pill. It’s one of the good ones.
