I bought this product about a month ago and I wanted to take it for a while before I posted a review. I must say that I am not a morning person and I’d taken a job that required me to be up extra early and my coffee was not doing the trick. So I started taking Boost mood to see if there would be any difference. I didn’t want to get my hopes up but after the 1st week of taking it, I noticed that I was not as irritable in the morning. By the second week, I stopped wanting my coffee in the morning which was a total shock to me because I am the incredible hulk without it! Moving on to the third week, I was waking up in a better mood also. I used to take energy shots that would keep me up all night even though I’d take them before 2 pm. I like the fact that taking this product does not keep me up at night and I can go right to sleep and wake back up feeling ready to start my day. Other mood enhancers that I’ve taken in the past made me feel a little off and this is why I also gave the rating five stars. Another thing that I like about it is that there is no feel of dependency which is a plus! I went out of town for the weekend and forgot to take my boost mood and I was fine for three days without it. Great product!

This did not work. I am not a particularly unhappy person, but I saw absolutely no difference with this product. It did nothing for energy, mental clarity, or a boosted mood. As I stated on another review, I have found the best mood enhancer to be Natrol’s 5 HTP. I take two of these per day, and I truly believe that this helps. If it’s energy that you are looking for, I would look into NatureMade Stress B Complex. This boost of mood got “boosted” straight into the garbage. Please don’t waste your money.

My wife has been battling mood swings ever since she started approaching menopause. As her hormones had started shifting with age, she started having more and more severe mood swings and hot flashes. Before taking this product, I researched all of the ingredients and found that many of them are supplements I take individually anyway for heart health, or an immunity boost. It’s got the B vitamins I take for a bunch of women’s health benefits also. But this product contains a blend of many ingredients that are great not only for curbing depression and anxiety but are also known to aid treatment of many other ailments as well. I feel confident that taking this product has a multitude of benefits.
Having taken a lot of energy drinks to try to stay awake and alert on the road and during long days as a touring musician, this seems to have the same positive effects while not making me jittery, loading me up with chemicals, or making my energy crash. I feel very much more secure about this product over energy drinks or shots. And a month’s worth is far cheaper than energy drinks!
The first day I took it was when I had a bad cold, and I was surprised at how much better I felt, even through cold symptoms! In researching the ingredients further, I found that some of them are used for headaches and stomach aches that are often associated with colds and flus, and for prevention of various illnesses.
When I got better, I started taking it in the morning and it makes me feel pumped for my workout! I love it!
Now that I have this product, I can stop buying a lot of the others – this one’s got them all in one and then-some!

I like Boost Mood but I honestly felt better results with other natural products.
For my wife it worked extremely well and she wants to keep taking it. I took it as discribed for 3 weeks straight and noticed its a little heavy on the stomach in the morning but quickly goes away if I don’t eat anything.
Overall my mood was stable but not to the point were I’m feel much more happier with it than not taking it.
I want to give it another shot. So I will surely be posting another review soon.
I felt like it stabilize my mood vs positively enhancing it. Neutral would be a good word to describe my 3 weeks taking it. It’s okay, not bad at all. A little pricey.

I’ve always been in search of a combination supplement that includes mood boosting qualities and keeps my b Vitamin intake at a good level. These capsules combine the two and now it’s one less pill I have to take each day. Having had PMDD for several years, I’ve changed up my routines with various natural supplements to help reduce the worst symptoms this hormonal hurricane arrives with every month, this one is definitely helping.
As a warning for those who have difficulty swallowing pills, the capsules are larger than average, and have a faint herbal smell, so if that makes it more difficult to consume, my suggestion is do what do. Fill your mouth with water, make sure there’s no air, push in the pill between your lips and swallow. The water will rush it down your throat with no sense of tasting the capsule. This product uses time tested (St. John’s Wort), and B Vitamins to improve mood and it does bring on the good vibes!
On a side note: delivery was faster than the automated calculation by Amazon which was great.
