I ordered this because it contains a lot of the vitamins I was taking separately. It was nice to find them combined together. Also 3rd party lab testing is important for quality. There are so many supplements out there that are just junk. I’m not sure if I’m the only person who noticed this but about 30 minutes after taking this, I have SO much energy. Like just downed 3 energy drinks type of energy. I feel focused and ready to go. I was taking it in the evening but have switched to morning. Coffee has nothing on this supplement! I have noticed an increased heart rate when working out after taking it. Nothing crazy just higher than my normal. I’m monitoring just in case this becomes an issue. I only take one and it seems to last most of the day. But all in all, I think this may be the best supplement I’ve ever purchased.

The product itself appears to be well made, with the capsules having uniform appearance, medium size, and are easy to swallow. All this being said, I added this to my daily regimen of supplements and hope the health benefits are realized upon my next checkup and daily routine.

This is a great combo supplement with adequate amounts of each ingredient, truly an all-in-1 supplement. Normally, I take all of these vitamins (except the Sarracenia Purpurea Extract) as individual pills. Much easier this way

All of the supplements in this one pill have merits on their own, so it’s nice to be able to take one pill instead of individual supplements to get all these benefits. Especially when cold and flu season rolls around, this one will be great to take for immune-boosting properties. The pills are easy to swallow and don’t bother my stomach when taken with a meal.

NAC is a good supplement that does important things. Really like and use much of what is in here already, so convenience of one capsule is a plus. New to me ingredients good to try and see by end of the bottle if they seem to have added yet more benefits.
