I’ve taken vitamin B12 in the past as part of other supplement formulas. My primary objective is to improve my overall brain function.
I like this product because I greatly prefer sublingual drops such this. Drops in general tend to be more efficient in terms of delivery because they have a faster and higher rate of absorption.
These drops are listed as having natural cherry flavor, which overall is fine. You use so little that the flavor in my view is largely irrelevant. I do like that they have no added sugar.
As is typical, an eyedropper is provided, which delivers one milliliter. I use a shot glass and add a little water.
Note that the dosage and serving information is correct on the bottle, but incorrect in the graphic on the site. The bottle is 2 ounces, which is 60 milliliters. The graphic incorrectly says “30 days of supply.” Based on one milliliter per day, this will last 60 days, which I think is great: Highly recommended.

I had tried other brands of methylated B12 drops and could not use them because of how foul they tasted. This item, Herbify Vitamin B12 Organic Methylated Multivitamin Energy Supplements, does not have that problem. It does not taste so good that I’m going to drink it by the bottle… but it is tolerable like a sweeter version of mild cherry cough syrup. I have incorporated it into my daily supplement routine and am happy to have done so.

This Methylated Vitamin B12 tincture by Herbify is a fast acting High-potency supplement featuring bioactive methylcobalamin. I find this is great at lunch time if my mind is running slow and the energy level is running low. It will be my vitamins when I want the brain moving and processing well quickly, not delayed. B12 is a safe one according to current medical web info as there is no established too much when it comes to vitamin B12, as the body readily excretes excess through urine making it safe from overdosing. Although you never want to put too much of anything in your body.
For education purposes, I share the importance of what methylated means from an online search – as quoted “When methylation in a vitamin happens, that means the vitamin has a better impact on the body. The methylated form of vitamin B is known as the “active form” which means that it doesn’t have to go through the methylation process in the body. Instead, it is ready to be used immediately.”
I like that this tincture does not require refrigeration although they recommend not keeping it in a warm spot. And it says ‘proudly made in the USA’ on the bottle. Love it I give this a 5 Star!

If you are suffering from fatigue, this would be a great supplement to start taking daily. I’ve been using Vitamin B12 sublingually for years and it has made a huge difference in my life. I sometimes forget to take it and the tiredness comes back. Really, Vitamin B12 taken in proper dosage under the tongue is a game changer.
As far the the B12 Vitamins go, Methylcobalamin is the natural form of it and it’s immediately bioavailable – unlike cyanocobalamin, the synthetic form of B12, which needs to be converted by the body first. That’s why Methylcobalamin is more expensive and more desirable. This formulation is pure Methylcobalamin, with nothing else added but Organic Vegetable Glycerin, Distilled Water and Natural Cherry Flavor (the word Natural is misspelled on the label).
This is a very clean formulation and it’s very easy to take. You can squirt it directly into your mouth (make sure you don’t let the dropper touch anything, so you don’t contaminate the contents), or you can add it to any beverage.
It comes in a dark colored GLASS bottle with a dropper. It is cap sealed in such a way that you absolutely need to break the seal to access the contents. It came in a hard box, to ensure that it gets to destination without any damage.

This particular brand seems to really work. I have to take B12 daily for boost of energy and many other health benefits.
I’ve tried so many over the years. This one is methylated so it’s easier for the body to absorb.
It does give a good boost of energy but not quite as much as some others I’ve had. Also the taste is overly sweet and bit of a weird after taste. But I just take it right before my coffee first thing in the morning.Overall, it’s good!

This isn’t my favorite Vitamin B12 supplement. I don’t feel much from it as opposed to others, and for now it’s at the back of my supplements for when I run out of what I like. My body tends to prefer a B complex, which is why this is likely not doing much for me on its own.

B12 is important for cell metabolism and helping to keep energy levels/mood high from day to day. I don’t eat much meat, so I take additional B12 directly to ward off fatigue and feeling low. This B12 supplement came very well-packaged (in a box) and sealed. I was worried the cherry flavor would be too strong (traumatized by cough medicine growing up) but the flavor is extremely subtly, almost like vitamin/fruity water, to the point that I can’t taste it when I add a few drops in my morning coffee. If the taste were any stronger, I’d have dock off a point. This supplement would be easy to add to water, tea, coffee, or any other beverage for easy consumption since the flavor isn’t strong or off-putting. I’m enjoying my daily dose and feeling pretty great so far, and also appreciate that the ingredients are organic and that the flavor is natural.

I have mixed feelings about this supplement. It is easy to take and the taste is quite nice so nothing to worry about there. However, I had hoped to gain some energy from taking the product, but that didn’t happen for me. The liquid was a bit cloudy, so I wasn’t sure if something happened during shipping, such as being out in freezing weather, to hurt the quality of it. Just a guess and I could be way off base with that, but like I said it didn’t give me the energy I was hoping for.
