Trace minerals supliment. We probably are not getting enough of these even when we think we are eating well. I did not notice a difference after going through the whole bottle though. Taking an additional 4 pills a day was not something I looked forward to. There was nothing wrong with the product but for the price and no noticeable results I can’t rave about it.
No taste/smell or ill effects. Vegan, Non-GMO and all that other good stuff you want to see in a supplement. I’m sure it’s a good product, but not something I’ll be chasing.

I’m actually kind of thrilled with this supplement, because I’m getting the whole range of complementary minerals and in a desired ratio. And really happy to see iodine and copper in that complement, because those two are especially hard to hit the RDA, diet-wise. Large-ish capsules, but even with my big-pill-phobia, I can get them down.

Researched Nutritionals is a reputable and established company with a wide range of products. Quality control is probably fine with this brand, but I still would have liked to see mention of cGMP certification. The batch I received had almost 2 years of shelf life.
I like the formulation, it’s well rounded. The inclusion of iodine, copper, and selenium would make this a good supplement to take for hair growth/health. I really appreciate that there is only a modest amount of D3 in this. Some supplements include an unnecessary high amount of D3. It shouldn’t be supplemented in high doses unless you’re under the care of a physician as it could lead to hypercalcemia.
I’ve taken 4 capsules/day with a meal and haven’t had much issues. There is a little bit of reflux from the selenium, but it’s not intolerable.
As far as value goes, the current list price of $39.90 (with 5% coupon applied) isn’t bad for a 1-month supply. Overall, I would recommend it.

This supplement provides the trace minerals I need but that I’m not getting in my diet alone. The capsules are average size and easy enough to swallow, but a serving size is FOUR capsules, divided in am and pm to be taken with food. That’s a lot, especially with all the other supplements I take. This product contains a comprehensive list of minerals, chelated for optimal absorption.
I have basic criteria I look for in nutritional supplements: manufactured in a GMP certified facility, made in the USA, 3rd party lab tested, and made with non-GMO ingredients (bonus for organic). Researched Nutritionals is a USA company. I looked into the company’s history, and I am impressed with the science going into their products. Their products aim to address solutions to health issues or targeted body parts, not just single ingredient products. While I cannot find evidence of manufacturing in a GMP certified facility, many of the products are 3rd party clinically researched and published in medical journals, which indicates quality.
I have a lot of confidence in this product, in the benefits of this blend of minerals, and in the science and quality that went into making it.

As soils get depleted and food gets more processed, our Western diets are getting deficient in key minerals. Aging people often lack key minerals too due to waning stomach acid. The key philosophy behind this supplement seems to be to identify what most people are deficient in, and give them a quality source. These pills are easy to swallow and appear high quality, although the recommended dose is 4 tablets. This quantity has an upside though, you can spread the minerals throughout the day, or you can alter your ‘dose’ in small increments by increasing or decreasing the number that you take. Recommended if you want to get more of the commonly deficient minerals.

This is a review of Researched Nutritionals Core Minerals – Iron-Free.
This is a fairly comprehensive mineral complex of the most important minerals needed for the most important functions of our body. It is not a complete blend but a 12 mineral blend. What I like about it is that is does not include iron. You would think that is important. It is super important or course but not everyone needs an iron boost. Also, it has a low dosage of D3. That’s good too because you can add to your daily vitamin regimen the extra that you need or not. I am not stressing that it does not have the whole mineral complex because these are the most important. It seems to focus on thyroid health and immune response. What is also very important is the quality of these supplements and the trustworthiness of the brand. No matter how impressive the blend is if the ingredients are low grade and you can’t trust the brand to be transparent about their products well, you’ve got nothing.
Researched Nutritionals are exactly what their name implies. Their product is formulated on the basis of scientific research. They specifically source premium ingredients for their products. You can even look up the lot number of your bottle for a quality assurance report. Researched Nutritionals is an American co. They do lab testing inhouse. Their ingredients are non Gmo. I highly recommend Research Nutritionals Core Minerals.
