I would like a smaller pill. Maybe a gel cap. But to get the minerals I need I take this one for now.

I’ve had these for almost a year. it’s really hard to find a mineral supplement with all 72. My husband is a store manager at GNC and he even said, “these are really good.” I take these when I start craving something but can’t figure it out. I think my body is missing something important. These make the feeling go away. It is possible to take too much minerals so I’m not sure if I would recommend these every day if you haven’t had blood work to actually diagnose a defeceincy (sp?). I’ve had some small things in my blood work indicate mineral difeceincy (SP?) could be the cause. So, I might take 2 a week because these should naturally store properly in the body. The pills are rather large. One of the bigger pills I’ve ever had to take. I make sure my husband is home when I take them in case I choke. I’ve never choked but I’m always cautious. If you’re looking for a complete mineral supplement these will definitley fill that need. Also it is best to take with a large meal as the fats in the meal help absorb the minerals

So far, I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my skin, hair, nails, and teeth. I chose this formula since it seemed to have higher concentrations and more mineral variety. I am pleased with that. The only thing that I might comment on that I don’t care for is how enormous they are in comparison to a normal mutli vitamin. I have to fill my mouth with water before I can even consider swallowing one. And I only take one at a time, two in a row. But that isn’t a deterant or really even a negative. I may try a pill cutter.
Definitely try them out. I’ll be getting more.

* I just put this on a 2 month recurring order. First product I’ve ever done that with. I just finished this bottle. It’s good stuff.
** I also added a pic of my nails. My nails are rock hard still.
*** My teeth feel super substantial in my mouth. Almost harder. And I can see they are remineralizing because the transparency in my teeth is becoming opaque white. ***

The only issue I have with these is the size of the pill…absolutely impossible to swallow without using something like food……water….ain’t gonna happen! I originally decided to get minerals because I was having severe leg pains that the doctor’s couldn’t seem to figure out the cause of. A number of people suggested adding magnesium so I looked for a supplement with the right amount of necessary magnesium. By the second week of taking these tablets, the pain was gone! I’ll continue to take these, just have to swallow them down with a mouthful of food.

And my girlfriend had stomach pain as well.
I feel the clay in this is liver toxic

The size of the pill does make it difficult to swallow; HOWEVER, it is a GREAT product. I will continue to reorder. Although difficult to swallow, I did discover a novel way with a tablespoon of mayonnaise…..you read correctly…..mayonnaise!

Love this! 2 month’s supply in each bottle. I take it at night. My bloodwork was perfect. No side effects, stomach upset, (even when taken on an empty stomach) or problems. Reasonably priced. Great product.
