I had been looking for a liquid magnesium supplement to take at night before bed to help my muscles relax and support my bones, but I hadn’t quite found one yet that fully appealed to me because I was hoping to find one with potassium in it as well, at minimum, and have its flavor be tolerable. This particular supplement includes not only magnesium and potassium but also zinc, calcium, and vitamin D3.
I feel like there may have been a missed opportunity to increase its overall product quality and value for money in this product by including vitamin K2 to enhance the vitamin D3’s absorption as well as vitamin C for additional immune support and to help the iron absorb better.
Zinc, iron, and calcium compete for absorption so as a combination even in liquid form, so your body may not be able to utilize the full range of micronutrients found in the liquid drops. However, the calcium, magnesium, and potassium all come in multiple forms in this supply presumably to boost bioavailability. Per the manufacturer, the dosing amount for the liquid drops is 2mL daily split between a morning and an evening dose of 1mL apiece (1mL is about 20 drops).
The ease of use in taking this supplement is ultra simple. Shake the product in its amber glass bottle, twist open its sturdy sealed lid, and use its glass dropper to administer your desired amount. The manufacturer suggests utilizing one of two methods – 1. Taking the liquid drops sublingually (under the tongue) and holding in one’s mouth for 10 seconds before swallowing or 2. Adding the liquid drops into juice or water and drinking it.
This product has a pleasant artificial strawberry flavor so either delivery method works well. The taste especially makes these an easy liquid supplement to take.
Overall, this is a palate-friendly supplement that can help relax the body and provide immune and bone support. I’m really pleased with the flavor even though I know its artificial (the bottle does say that the flavoring is organic) – it is a familiar taste in a new formulation and the several forms of a trio of the minerals found in it. If you’re looking to supplement those particular minerals in liquid form, this is a perfectly fine product to add to your stack. This product really is the tastiest liquid supplement drops I’ve had thus far in my wellness journey.

Ok ok I know… the taste is not the most important thing with a quality supplement, but this one really tastes great! It is very glyceriny in mouth feel, but that organic strawberry flavor is just so real in how they nailed that fresh taste! I’m kind of a berry connoisseur, and they seriously nailed this strawberry taste. So I love it!
It’s a simple supp, and I think they made it quite well here. I will gladly get more from this brand, and even this exact same mag/pot too. It’s a winner for me. **chefs kiss**

I’ve typically taken supplements in capsule form so was curious about the liquid form claiming higher absorption and ordered it. I compared this product to the magnesium glycate capsules I’ve been taking for several months to see what the differences may be. However, this liquid supplement has four types of magnesium in it and does not list the amounts of each one.
What I experienced was a bit surprising. I did realize most of the benefits faster than I thought I would. And I didn’t find the flavor off putting at all. I started with just 1 ml. to monitor the difference of how my body reacted, then increased it over time. However, it’s not possible to actually get a full ml in one dropper, which I have also found true for other products as well. This doesn’t matter to me because its easy to remedy.
Nevertheless, I prefer knowing what all of the listed ingredients on the label are comprised of so asked the question of what the ‘organic strawberry flavor’ was made of and never received an answer, which was disappointing. So for that, I deducted one star. I want full transparency from a company because they can state anything, but that does not make it true.

I am impressed with how spot on the strawberry flavor is with these potassium/magnesium drops. Not a single calorie and Non GMO! I tried taking straight from the dropper but the glycerin has a texture to it I don’t care for so I just squeeze the dropper into a 2 oz shot glass of water and down the hatch. The flavor is great and I can feel the extra energy that I get while taking this supplement. Each bottle is a 15 day supply so you need 2 bottles for the month which is perfect as this came as a 2 pack. Really pleased with the results from taking this.
