I take collagen gummies and have seen a vast improvement in my nails especially. I saw this and thought I’d give it a try. I’m not a big fan of the addition of biotin but that’s only because a biotin deficiency is very rare and you get all you need from food. Anything extra is pretty much eliminated through waste so it almost seems pointless to take it. Regardless of that, as you age, your collagen production slows so taking a supplement for that is actually beneficial. With this, you only need to take 1/2 tsp a day. It has a decent flavor that isn’t that sickly sweet like some liquid supplements and it didn’t cause me any digestive issues. My nails still look great and so does my hair and skin. At the current listing price of $36.92 for a 7.6 fl oz bottle, you get about 30 servings which is a pretty good deal. I’d seriously consider giving up my gummies and switching to this.

This collagen bright supplement from DiVinci laboratories doesn’t taste awful but I don’t consider it great tasting either, it does sort of have a mint flavor, not too sweet either. I take collagen daily as I am older and it is good for my skin and my joints. This collagen also has added biotin, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, and Cordyceps mushroom, I would have preferred straight collagen myself. This supplement hasn’t caused me any stomach upset or other adverse reactions while taking it.

I really liked this product until I found out is is made with the fish Tilapia. Tilapia is a Pacific fish and there are multiple warnings out about not eating it bc of where it lives. It is full of mercury and is highly exposed to the radio active processing water being dumped into the Pacific by the manufacturing of Japanese energy at their nuclear reactor plant in Fukushima. The reason Tilapia is showing up here in America in restaurants like Perkins, in grocery places like Walmart, and now in DaVinci collagen formulation is bc it is so cheap for retailers to get. In other words, Asia is selling it’s poisoned fish into the west bc their own people won’t eat it knowing it’s a danger to health. DaVinci is claiming a healthy product, but are not using wild caught salmon. They are instead using the cheapest fish they can find and including it, even though they know it’s bad for you, just to increase their profits. (What a shame. I really thought I had found something special in this collagen product.) Think twice before purchasing this item. And be sure to read your labels.

My joints feel better when I use collagen like this one, but this is great for beauty as well as it has vitamin C, Biotin, and hyaluronic acid too. The taste is not bad, it does taste like chocolate mint but it’s not too strong. It’s a bit pricey for a month’s supply but seems to be great quality and works well.

I like the combination of these ingredients, they support collagen rebuild-ing and healthy aging properties of the skin. My skin feels more smooth, hydrated, and elastic, the fine lines are starting to diminish, all it takes is 1/2 a tablespoon, and it tastes pretty good, easy to take without any stomach issues.
