So far so good, I’ve switched to these for over a week with no issues.
Capsules are cellulose and only contains Resveratrol derived from Giant Knotweed Root.
Formuia is Liposomal (Better absorption).
Size of the capsules is average, so I had no issues taking these.
Made in USA. Dose is one capsule per day, 60 capsules in the bottle, which came well sealed and labeled for retail, with lot number and expiration clearly printed on the bottom of the bottle. Shelf life was over one year from when I received them.

I like to take resveratrol every day. It works with my high ttfd protocol. I’m not sure if there is actually a benefit to a liposomal version of this supplement. I could see it potentially being useful, but I’m not sure of the research. Ask your doctor before trying if you are taking any psych meds; as it can work on the same receptors.

After a negative experience with another supplement (NMNH), I’ve been proceeding cautiously with this one so as not to throw my body out of kilter again. From the reading I’ve done on liposomal resveratrol in the Pub Med database, this form should have decent bioavailability and this recommended dosage (250 mg/day) should be appropriate for general use by most people. I’ve been titrating up from 1 pill a week to my current level of 1 pill every other day. So far, so good. I can’t say I’m experiencing any noticeable upsides or downsides, but I’m not taking enough of it yet, nor have I been taking it for long enough, to judge its efficacy.
I appreciate that this company does seem to provide a measure of transparency, though the most negative reviewer makes a good point about the difference between true transparency and the *appearance* of transparency.

I am 58, healthy and work out strenuously. I take loads of various supplements for general health and have taken Resveratrol sporadically over the years. It is a pricey supplement, and because I can’t specifically tell a difference when I don’t take it, it is not a supplement I take consistently.
I was interested in this one from Hello100 because it is manufactured in the US (although the ingredients are sourced worldwide).
The capsules are easy to swallow. I have IBS, and sometimes taking anything new/different can cause some digestive upset. I did have one day where my stomach was a bit “off”, but then my system adjusted and all has been fine since. I have been taking this Liposomal Resveratrol for two weeks now with no other side effects.
If I choose to continue taking resveratrol, I would consider repurchasing from Hello100.

Resveratrol is not only an excellent antioxidant but also an anti-inflammatory that adds protection for the heart and brain. Clinical studies show that resveratrol can help with insulin resistance, may lower blood sugar and possibly elevated blood pressure and is beneficial for liver and kidneys. I also take NMN and it says that taking it with resveratrol and olive oil gives it a synergistic boost.
One thing of importance to note is resveratrol can be a mild blood thinner. Caution should be taken by anyone taking aspirin, blood thinners or other supplements like garlic, ginger, ginkgo, and ginseng which also may slow clotting. I take most of these supplements but spread them out over the day or alternate days. Recommended dose is 100 – 500 mg daily so at 250 mg this is right in the middle for safe doses.
As a senior over 65+ I appreciate the extra support for the liver and kidneys, cardiac health and neuroprotective effects for the brain.
The purity is critically important as many supplements are contaminated with heavy metals and environmental chemicals. Many supplements say they are 3rd party tested but it’s had to get the evidence. This one provides a link to the report right on the page. I’m impressed with this brand and plan to keep it on hand.
